Happened across this during a walk in the area. Ordered a crumb donut and it was great. They were about to close so they threw in an extra donut which really wasn't necessary but good to know they aren't wasteful. The taste and friendliness matches the Mr. Goods in Pasadena. Not sure if they are the same owners.

I found this little shop by accident while my car was having maintenance services at the lot across the street. I ordered a cup of coffee and #9 bagle time but replaced the bagle with croissant. I did not expect much because of the appearance of this tiny shop and the cheap prices on the menu. To my pleasant surprise, both the coffee and the croissant sandwich were excellent. I have been back since and the quality of the food is consistent. Let's support this small, family owned neighborhood business, you'll be happy that you did.

They sell one of the best breakfast sandwiches , there donuts are good. Definatly recommend there Thai Tea. Can get busy in the morning but they are always quick and super nice. The food at this place is unbelievable. They are very reasonably priced and give you a huge portion of food, I only finished 1/2 of my bagel sandwich. I'm not sure if the woman in the front was the owner but she was lovely and very charming. This location is great too because there's a lot of parking and the restaurant is easy to access. 10/10 recommend.
