I've been going to this location for years and never had a problem until today. I ordered the Holiday Chestnut Praline Latte drink. The only things I asked for were light ice and No whip cream. I'm not sure how that translated to Vanilla Latte but it did and I get mistakes happen. I came back and let the barista know my drink was a mistake.She remakes my drink and I notice she did not add anything to it except sweetener. So I specifically asked in front of her and her male co worker who I had asked first if the drink was prepared that way normally. For some reason she blatantly lies and says " yes, it just seems different because it's light ice and the milk. As if I haven't had my drink made this way over the years. I proceeded to ask, " So there's no caramel, no praline pieces( which is the ACTUAL point of the drink) ?? She says no caramel and avoids verifying the praline pieces. Instead of manager Chelsea having common since to obviously make the drink correctly as I'm frustrated at her pretending not to know how to prepare a simple drink. She says " so would you like me to add some???And proceeds to take my lid off in the pick up dirty area . I asked, is this seriously how you prepare someone's drink order ? She then starts deflecting talking about how the Milk is why it's not properly tasting right instead ignoring she just didn't simply put praline pieces in when making the drink both times . I got very frustrated at her unprofessional back and forth and trying avoid fixing this issue properly I asked her to make the drink properly and stop speaking to me. This was very tacky on her behalf the way this issue was handled and only made her look incompetent and asinine. I did not appreciate it and as i've been a customer for years long before she had that position I will remain one out of convenience so since she's the Manager of this location, she needs to have better training on dealing with customers in difficult situations instead of trying to customer blame and not take accountability for being completely WRONG.

The other Starbucks at Macy’s is better than this one. They got our order wrong!!? Me and my friend both ordered a Turkey Provolone & Pesto on Ciabatta and it looked nothing like it!! It was so expensive. It looked appetizing in the ad but bad in real life. I was looking forward to eating that but it looked like the breakfast thing at McDonald’s?!! It was 8 dollars for one and it looked like it could feed a dog. The staff was nice (I guess) but the meal was the worst! Please fix this meal. There was not even pesto! $16 for 2 mini breakfast sandwiches?

the worst starbucks, they customer service is completely terrible. very rude and disrespectful. talks with a bad attitude definitely the guy with curly hair. told my friend they had no dragon fruit then i see someone else with a dragon fruit. they were out of everything and gave me my drink in a small and i wanted a grande. they give dirty looks. dont ever go here!

There are 14 people in line right now - it's not peak hours - and there are 7 people behind the counter, that look lost. The person that ordered in front of me took about 10mins to get the order processed. Only one person is checking out - Emely, she was nice. I asked another person, Evelyn - imo, nicely - if there was another cashier open since the line was long and she was extremely rude about there only being one.Some of the baristas were working diligently, but this might be the most inefficient Starbucks I've ever been to in a while. So many people standing around. Maybe teach them better? ‍

Horrible customer service and extremely slow. I was waiting for 20 minutes to get a simple drink. They never have back ups even though this location is always busy. One person was making all the drinks and she was extremely slow and unprofessional. This location is always unstaffed and many people were upset with their drink and waiting for so long. All of this happens because of poor management… I’m not going to this Starbucks location again and I don’t recommend it.

After waiting for over an hour and twenty minutes, my friend and I finally received our two coffees. It's important to note that we were not waiting for a complicated order, and the crowd was not particularly large. To make matters worse, there was a forty-minute gap between the preparation of the first and second coffee. The wait time was unacceptable, especially considering the reputation and popularity of Starbucks. The staff seemed indifferent to our frustration and didn't seem to be making an effort to speed up the process. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service from a company that prides itself on quality and efficiency. In conclusion, my recent experience at Starbucks was extremely disappointing, and I am hesitant to visit their branches in the future. The long wait time and lack of urgency from the staff were unacceptable, and I hope that they take steps to improve their customer service in the future.

They made a mistake on my coffee order at another location and I only realized it when I drove off, found this "Starbucks" but they said it's not a Starbucks so they can not do an exchange and I have to go to another location when I had already came all the way here with a broken foot, waited in line and have to pay for parking, it would not have been a huge deal just to do that as an exchange for courtesy.
