Great food and great service. I just needed a place to work on my laptop and really enjoyed the food!

Old and outdated hotel. It used to be great 15 years ago. The sink was clogged, the water pressure was very low and couldn’t take a nice shower with the tiny amount of water. The location is very convenient but probably won’t stay there again.

It will be my home every time I go to LA. I loved and enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very clean, complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails and snacks they serve were yummy. Excellent staff from when you enter the hotel to housekeeping.

I was transferred to this hotel after having reservations at another Hilton whom text one hour before arrival stating they could not accommodate us, so they sent us over to Embassy Suites. We arrived for check-in late and hotel had not received the email from prior hotel requesting room yet. Alex, the night auditor took great care of us and was able to get my family checked in to get some sleep before waking early. He was very kind and went above and beyond to take care of my family even though the hotel was booked. Ryan, who took care of me when I checked-out was also kind. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend!!

All though they offer snack and cocktail there is not enough seating area. In dinning area. The pictures online show the rooms bigger than they truly are. Down fall they charge additional $26 for parking per night which they deduct from $200 deposit Fee. Finally Furniture is old tables are scratched and only had two chairs for dinning area.front desk did took time to answer my questions but their is no valet parking to help with luggage and their was not enough luggage cart for guest to use.

Use to love Embassy Suites. Very disappointed. Don’t believe the 4 star rating. Stayed there 5 years ago and swore I never go back. Unfortunately, we believed the 4 star ratings. Rugs were dirty, wallpaper coming off the walls, windows dirty, i actually didn’t want to touch anything. Never again!!!

Positive: Early check in accommodation was nice Friendly front desk and evening reception staff Negative: This property is seriously in need of maintenance. Leaks from the bathroom faucet and under the sink left the vanity and floor soaked, the bathroom hook fell out of the wall when a towel was hung up, the sheer curtains in the bedroom were literally in shreds, and the couch smelled so bad I couldn’t bear to sit on it. Additionally, we left our room during the day to discover 6 heavily armed police officers wearing bulletproof vests stationed between our hallway and the elevator, apparently staking out a guest room. A courtesy call to say “hey, there’s a police action going on” would have been nice so we go the other way to the elevator and not have to run the gauntlet. Very unsettling. Would not stay here again.

We stayed there for a wedding, great value for the money , suite is spacious, bed and sofa bed are comfortable, plenty of room for a family. Breakfast was decent and included in the price. Over all the place is clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They also had an evening happy hour with free drinks but did not get a chance to try it.

This not my first review on this hotel; however I decided to write a review since I saw improvements compare to my last stay during July 2022. The first thing that took my attention was the change in staff. I recognize much less faces of staff I used to meet during last 2 years (4 long stays). The biggest change was in internal decoration/furniture of lobby and reception area which was more obvious because of harder cleaning activities over there. The number of staff during breakfast time was increased which improved improved the experience of breakfast experience despite very crowded week-ends. House-keeping staff, specially in our floor (11th) were very efficient in completion of their tasks. Since I was preparing for an exam, I spent most of my time in the hotel and specially enjoyed Manager's reception time. I have also to mention about front desk staff who were always ready to help in the shortest possible time. Overall I experience a higher level of service in my favorite hotel during my latest stay . . .

I waited to see if my problem was resolved before writing this review. I had so many problems at this hotel. I have stayed at many Embassy suites and I have never had one problem at any of them. At this hotel, just to name a few issues, when I used the toilet paper, the dispenser completely fell apart, the bathtub dripped, and when we asked someone to fix it, they said they would show up and they never came. I could not stop up the tub for a bath, and when I told them, they told me that while I was out for the day they would have it fixed. I came home, expecting a lovely bath and it was still broken. I sat in the bathtub, trying to fill it with water and holding the stopper down with my foot and while sitting there, one of the dispensers for body wash fell right on me. They were supposed to be stuck to the wall. When we asked for the luggage carrier, we were told it would come up as soon as one was available. We waited, and eventually my 83-year-old father walked downstairs and got it himself as there was one just sitting there. I realize that things happen and that there is a shortage of people workin, however, the biggest issue I had was how hard it was to get someone to speak to me about a resolution to my problems. I spoke to the front desk woman ( the one shining light in this whole stay) who told me she would speak to the manager. After speaking to the manager he offered to pay for our parking for two nights which was $60 which actually the very kind front desk woman already said she had done. So I told him that was not enough and he said he had to speak to his manager. I have yet to hear from the managers manager as I have been waiting. Instead, I had to call back three more times in the past week until I heard from the first manager who told me that his manager said that they would take $40 off from a meal we had. So our $800 stay resulted in $100 total off. To me this is not really enough compensation for being hit on the head with a dispenser along with all the other things. Again, what really bothered me about this hotel was the fact that I did not feel like anyone really cared what was going on. I felt like they thought I was just being a big pain in the butt and the fact that we did not ever hear from the managers manager, whatever that is, I feel really shows that they just don’t care about their customers. I have never been this disappointed in a hotel, much less than Embassy suites before and I highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay.

Food quality and portion is worth about $12 for the pasta, and they charge $30. It's relatively mediocre.

As we arrived the hotel from the outside looked beautiful. It came recommended by someone who stayed there about four years earlier. Check-in was easy. The room was VERY outdated & run down. The curtains were old, tile missing in the bathroom, you had to hold the toilet flusher down to flush and the lighting was awful! No LED bulbs and no usb ports for phones or laptops. The lighting was so dim and the lamps were very dated. Where there were outlet plugs they were very inconvenient places. The couch was so old you sank when you sat down. The tv remote was missing the back, batteries showed. Housekeeping did show up every other day. Breakfast was good. Breakfast area was clean but chairs were pealing away. Furniture in the reception area was awful looked as if it was 30 years old. It’s definitely time to put some money back in the establishment! I was expecting way more from a Hilton!

Embassy Suites Irvine need mass improvement with security staff. The hours of breakfast and happy hour are way to early. The pool faculty was out and no notification was given. Breakfast was over at 9:00 am on a Sunday!
