It will be my home every time I go to LA. I loved and enjoyed my stay. The rooms are very clean, complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails and snacks they serve were yummy. Excellent staff from when you enter the hotel to housekeeping.
I was transferred to this hotel after having reservations at another Hilton whom text one hour before arrival stating they could not accommodate us, so they sent us over to Embassy Suites. We arrived for check-in late and hotel had not received the email from prior hotel requesting room yet. Alex, the night auditor took great care of us and was able to get my family checked in to get some sleep before waking early. Old and outdated hotel. It used to be great 15 years ago. The sink was clogged, the water pressure was very low and couldn’t take a nice shower with the tiny amount of water. The location is very convenient but probably won’t stay there again.
