“Got some fries and chicken here and it was pretty good. I like that they mix it together with the sauce and I really liked the flavor. It was fresh and a good portion. I do feel the fries were a tad greasy. I definitely recommend paying to add cheese on top I did parmesan on top of garlic Parm wings. I did sadly find a hair in mine and feel like that's important to mention. I took it to go and didn't notice till I got home so I took it out but the service was nice so I'm sure they would have been friendly if I went back and mentioned it. This was a good find for some "junk" food. I'll probably be back.“

“I ordered one of the cheaper items on the menu. Soup and a half sandwich and it was $17.99. I hate to sound like a cheapskate, but really? Wow, that lunch was worth $8.00 maximum. At these prices I can't afford to leave a tip. I won't be going back again anytime soon. The soup was mediocre and the Panini sandwich was average.My friend had the half sandwich and salad and It costume nearly $40 for a light lunch.“

She was making her rounds happily greeting the customers.She stopped by our table & we had a delightful conversation. She is sweet & super friendly. “Glad I found Tony's French Dips in Downtown Pomona. I was lucky enough to meet the owner that still makes the sandwiches the right way. They have been open since the 1950's and still serving the Pomona community with their amazing sandwiches. I had the 50/50 Pastrami and Beef dip, both are amazing the Pastrami with mustard and pickles had to be my favorite and the dip was perfect! Come to Tony's French Dip!“
“I have now eaten both takeout and dine-in at Heemo Sushi, and the quality was great in both settings. The first time was dine-in with a friend, and the only thing that was a little confusing was that my friend and I waited for probably 10-15 minutes for them to seat us when it seemed like there were multiple open tables. Not sure if they were just short-staffed, but maybe a brief mention of the reason for the wait would have helped our experience just so we weren't wondering. The food was great - my favorite was the "Spring" roll with various fish wrapped in thin slices of cucumber, and no rice. Definitely a great choice when you're reaching middle age and trying to cut carbs that your aging body can no longer burn like it could when you were 20. Also a bonus: the server gave us a free little salad with fish and tomatoes. Sounds a little odd, but it was pretty good, definitely as a freebie. Will come again!“
“Been going to Penny's since it was on Hacienda & Maplegrove (bout 25 yrs ago) Hadn't been in a while Had steak & eggs with HOUSE POTATOES and it was all so tasty & delicious!! Waitess was nice but seemed new. The only drawback was she seemed to get busy with a couple of other tables and didn't come back to our side for most of our stay. Waited for coffee refill until I was done with my food. Only one more person behind the counter. Overall a good experience based on the food...and that amazing house salsa!“
