“I found out about this place because of the All American Rib cook-off in Auburn and I was excited to see they were located close by in Roseville. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Their food is top-notch too. It's my favorite place to get wings because they are never scrawny and the lemon pepper is fire. The ribs are always fall off the bone and delicious. The mac and cheese definitely lives up to being cheesy. The potato salad is one of the best you can get! I got to try the donuts for the first time and ate them all before I even made it to the car.“
“Very cute spot with delicious VIETNAMESE ICED COFFEE and croissants/donuts. Very sweet employees, fast service. If you're a fan of robust coffee/espresso, just trust me and give their Vietnamese iced coffee a try. Next time I'm there I will also be trying the Thai tea or Thai iced coffee! My partner and I love the Jalapeno, Cheese, and Ham/Turkey Croissant. We tend to get half a dozen of their donuts, all of which are great! They even have jam filled! Especially tasty with fresh coffee, tea, or a glass of milk. But if you're reading this still, you probably already know that haha.“
“A coffee shop I would pass by so the time but decided to actually try it. I found that this coffee shop being a 4.6 rating isn't one of the top search results in google maps for coffee.I like to base my coffee with a cinnamon roll but it seems like they offered healthier choices with pastries, the cranberry scone that I had was bland didn't really have a good taste to it. There was no other customers and almost left without my scone. Person was knowledgeable and would come back to try other coffee drinks but would be hesitant to try other pastries.*2024 Edit*Went in at 1:45 PM on a Saturday way different atmosphere. Had to update my 3 stars to 5 stars. I had the midtown morning breakfast sandwich with the grand Prix iced coffee. The sandwich was a good sized portion especially when coming in after noon. The iced coffee nice and strong, really enjoyed the combination of the two. The making of the coffee as well the breakfast sandwich, nice quality, will definitely come back when I'm in the area.Great tasting coffeeReasonable prices; Coffee - $3-$6, food $5-$20Parking: Shopping center parking,Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for easy access to the sidewalk“
“Cute European cafe with delicious pastries! We visited on a Saturday afternoon while driving by Folsom. The interior was bright and clean- with new furnishings and a floral theme. My friends and I got a few pastries to share- the passion fruit/ mango mousse, a chocolate and raspberry cake and orange panna cotta. I also got a tea with organic Carpathian herbs.I loved everything we ordered - however my friends noted the passion fruit was very mild in the mousse. The overall favorite was the orange panna cotta. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! I would highly recommend this cafe.“
“This is the place with famous cinnamon rolls. They really are the BEST. Not just in Sac, they gotta be the BEST period.Their sandwiches are really good too & donuts. But the cinnamon rolls are where they’re at.I’d just be wary ordering online, i’ve seen them be so busy that they forget to check the online orders.“
“Coffee as always is good, but there were no bake goods/pastry to have. Dunno if they run out of it at the time. Vacant tables inside needed to be cleaned, so opted to sit outside. Their patio is bigger than most temple coffee branch, with a good portion of lawn/greeneries. Will be back soon, hopefully they’ll have pastries when I do.“
“Stopped by here in the morning on my way to San Francisco Saturday March 16th, 2024. The breakfast bacon burrito, mocha iced latte, and apple pie pastry was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was very mom and pop shop which I loved. And the service was really personable. Making this spot one of my favorites and I will be back!“
“My 2 boys went to school nearby and Boy Scouts, soccer, football, sleepovers…they loved going in for a treat and they always gave them extra donut holes!! Best Family Owned Business!! My kids are grown but I still come by!Parking: Ample parking and Handicapped up front!“
“This is THE donut spot. There is such a great selection, you won't be disappointed. The cronuts just pop full of sugary goodness. And the maple bacon bar conjures up a pancake piece smother in syrup with a piece of bacon all at the same time in your mouth!!!“
“I love pie by far has the best pie in Carmichael. Hands-down, the customer service is great, the pie is delicious, and an added bonus is getting to meet the pie shop owner almost every visit! If you have not tried this pie, you’re missing out.“
“Whenever my husband has gone to this place, well before closing, they are out of donuts. I went there for my first time today at 10:00am. The family that sat around the table were kind, but how on earth does a business like this stay open? 10:00 in the morning, opened until 2:00pn, and out of all donuts. This gives me the impression that the owner is looking to go home early. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I am all for supporting small business, but will have to find a different donut shop to support. Weak.“
“I grew up right around the corner from Station Donuts, going in there as a kid then adult- MANY MEMORIES! Even though I no longer live in California, I wanted to come on here and show my love and support. Love You, STATION DONUTS!? ? ? ? ? ?“
“The best matcha, the best chai, the best pastries, the best atmosphere, and the best service! (Also great internet service, so a wonderful place for an office away from the office!)Vegetarian options: Always an option available!Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids--nice outdoor patio.“
“It's been over a year ago since my last visit to PAUSE. I was really pleasantly surprised - the coffee was great (I ended up having 2 mocha's) and the vibe was welcoming. The only downside is the lack of seating and tables inside. It's quite a sizable area, and they could add some additional tables and chairs and reorganize to make it more usable. That said, I am adding it to my list of go to independent coffee shops in the Fair Oaks area. They sell ONYX coffee for purchase which is an added bonus!!!“
“Found Wtcr after the other independent I wanted to go to was too busy. Super good lavender latte, not too lavendery, plus a mocha half sweet was excellent too. Very nice employees, cute space and fancy pastries made in house looked too good to eat. Maybe that next time.“
“I bought a drink here, I think it was the brown sugar boba milk. It was so delicious and it was my first bubble tea drink! I love the ambiance in here, it makes me want to stay there and have multiple drinks! They have kiosks to order on or you could also order at the register. They have nice music, it makes me feel 30 years younger! I don't quite have photos but trust me, it is amazing. Not only are the drinks and atmosphere perfect but especially the service! This is the best bubble tea service out of the other ones I have been too. I have came here previously but the service is so amazing I had to make a yelp account to make this review. Excellent service! There is one girl I see often here named Angel. She is so friendly with every customer and makes the drinks so well, she is such a hard worker! I have noticed many people greet her when they enter and she is so sweet and welcoming! I always leave her tips for her amazing hard work. She has great recommendations when I don't know what to order. All the drinks she has recommended me have tasted amazing and have great textures, especially when it was my first time trying boba! The manager is really nice as well but for the times I have come, I have seen Angel more. The sunright fruit tea and brown sugar boba milk are both great drinks. The honey boba and brown sugar boba are my personal favorites. They have pretty good jasmine tea choices in general. I have yet to try the rest of their menu! The drinks are made pretty quick depending on how many other orders need to be made. It typically takes around 5 minutes and 10 at most. Thank you Sunright Tea staff and big thank you to Angel! 10/10 for everything!“
“I ordered coffee beans from their website. They came super fresh, roasted only a few days ago. When I got it in the mail, I could immediately smell the fresh amazing aroma. When grinding the beans, the smell was on another level. The taste was the best I've ever had. It's my favorite and will keep ordering more. Everyone should check them out.“
“Love the lavender earl grey cookie! Been coming here since they opened! Will continue to go! My daughter loves this place! Owners are really nice too!Vegetarian options: Anything can be vegetarianKid-friendliness: Bring themWheelchair accessibility: Totally“
“The gimmick is nice and all, but none of that really matters if the service and product is lacking. Luckily this place delivers on both! I had a very friendly experience and got a delicious coffee, definitely worthwhile competition for other establishments!“
“Big Boss Cafe is without a doubt the best sandwich I've had in probably a decade. When I first took a bite I instantly felt as if I was transported back in time to my early childhood. Memories of to when I would get a turkey sandwich and go to the park with friends. In the past decade since the recession Ive seen every sandwich restaurant I love decrease the quality of their bread in order to maintain high profit margins. Stale bread, cooked the nights before or shipped in on trucks and stored in freezers, full of low quality grains and almost flavorless by the time its put onto a sandwich. I feel like we've become accustomed to bread just kind of tasting bland. But here bread was fresh, and full of strong flavor. It was apparent that quality and flavor was the driving factor behind these sandwiches. The sandwich alone would've been enough to warrant a 5 stars, but the fact that everything else on the menu, from the drinks to the hotdogs, are solid as well makes this place even better.“
“Hands down the best coffee shop. From the employees to the coffee. We have been coming here almost every day for over 5 years and it never disappoints. I love their white mochas and they have a variety of pastries. We love the bakers cookies and apple turnovers. Kids love the vanilla steamers and hibiscus teas. Great atmosphere here as well, we always run into friends.Parking: If you drive around, you will most likely get a spot from someone leaving, or there is a parking lot available by the old fire station.“
“WoW!! The passion shows in this shop... there is an ages old argument as to whether donuts are a pastry or a deep fried sweet bread... and my thinking is that they ARE a pastry, and pastries are a type of bread. Not all breads are pastries but all pastries are breads. Whatever... that said i will add that many donuts are less like the typical delicate pastry and more like fry bread with frosting... grocery store donuts for instance... or krusty krab sugar bombs. The donuts at Dragonfly transcend the fry bread with frosting by several levels. The shop is spotless and uncluttered with smiles for everyone. My new fav!!“
“This cafe has such a nice ambiance and I loved the vibe! From the decorations, the music, the furniture. It was my first time here and I really enjoyed it. The barista Bryce was very helpful with my choices and made good conversation. It's a little hidden gem and I hope they get more business flow their way ! :)“
“Recommend this place, their boba teas are so yummy ?! The employee was a little shy at first but otherwise she was quiet and very nice.If you use their Too Good To Go app you can get surprise boba drinks for a deal ? on days that they have left overs and you can help the planet ? too!“
“The Fig Tree is such a majestic and welcoming place, the baristas are so kind and lovely to talk to and make some glorious drinks. The live music is so cool and the baked goods definitely call for a happy dance. My fave go to coffee shop to read in or hang out with friends at. 100/10 (yes, not real math but still) will always come back to! ?????“
“Today was my first experience with The Grove Coffee House and it didn’t disappoint. I had arrived at closing (as did a couple behind me) without realizing, and Cuma was especially inviting and kind. Not once did she mention a closing time until someone had asked, “Omg…are you guys closed right now?”- (which btw was already 15 min past closing). She smiled and said, “It’s totally not a problem. I’m happy to make a coffee for you.”. She took orders with a smile and proceeded to tell about her favorite products when asked. It was definitely not forced. She was literally happy to serve people. I invite any of you to find that at Starbucks. The atmosphere has a definite coffee house vibe with the pleasant addition of booths to sit in. The coffee and pastries are delightfully good, boasting Chocolate Fish coffee. There are some different types of lattes than I’ve seen elsewhere and several seasonal specials to choose from. I ordered a Baklava Latte and a lemon blueberry muffin (recommended!). I don’t live over in this area, but I’ll make another trip to The Grove for sure! Thank you for your hospitality, Cuma! The people in prior reviews I see commenting on the price of a coffee here, clearly don’t get what it takes to be a sole proprietorship. Not everyone has the luxury of lower priced products because they have millions of stores across the world. Get out of your corporate Starbucks mentality and enjoy hard earned entrepreneurs at work! Then again, if you’re used to Starbucks and you’re coming here to critique them against Starbucks… just do them a favor and stay at Starbucks. This place won’t be your vibe and it’s likely you won’t be their’s either. ??♀️“

The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Whether you’re dining alone, with a group of friends, or with family, you can always expect a warm welcome and attentive service.Overall, the Greenhouse Cafe is a hidden gem in Sacramento, offering delicious food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. Whether you’re a local resident or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by for a meal—you won’t be disappointed“
“Last night, 12 of us attended the Decades concert & everything was better than expected. The band was Amazing (please bring them back) the food was Delicious and the staff couldn't have done a better job. Our first time at Boardwalk since renovations and we are anxious to return. Great Venue!“
“What a hidden gem! Great place for a sandwich and a coffee or a baked item - or all three! Inside is nice, but their patio is the best! Lots of seating and a little coffee bar building in the back, multiple fountains, a few roosters running around. What a great place to work or hang out, perfect old Fair Oaks vibe!“
“Cute and cozy coffee shop with an outdoor patio. I suggest earbuds if wanting to read or work, music inside is a bit loud.Had the breakfast bowl w/ avocado and americano (~$20 w/tip). Lots of avocado, one egg, potatoes, bacon and bell peppers. If hungry add on xtra eggs or meat.“
“Best service in the coffee industry. Friendly, happy, excited staff makes coming to Dutch Brothers Ann experience rather than a stop for coffee. Their smiles and joy makes me smile and lifts up my day. The medium Dutch freeze with 2 added shots and whip cream with cookie crumbles taste fantastic. Competitors have nothing on the growing popularity of Dutch Brothers. Hopefully Dutch Brothers will expanded father into Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and California. Then across the nation then the world. Go Dutch Brothers Grow Grow Grow!“
“I recently discovered this bakery and I've been back at least once a week since. The service is excellent and personal. I love a family run small business! I can see into the kitchen and see a Nonna and Poppa making my pastries and so the food is top tier. ? I especially love the Blueberry scone and a new to me treat, Gata. All the pastries, I've tasted have been wonderful (cookies, cinnamon rolls, etc)Parking: It's in a shopping plaza on a main road, but I often get parking right in front of the bakery.Kid-friendliness: My kids love their cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies.“
“Came here for the Beignets but ended up ordering more from their menu. We started with the Mardi Gras Beignets and it was so yummy. The Beignets sit on a creamy custard cream and three sauces. (Huckleberry, Strawberry and Peaches) My hubby got the stuffed french toast with Huckleberry sauce on the side. And I ordered the Cajun Egg Benedicts with "crispy" red skin potatoes. Our waitress recommended to get the crispy potatoes and it was so delicious. The service was amazing from beginning to end. Very friendly staff and they were on top of everything. Clean and fun decorations. Once you enter you get greeted by an alligator sitting on a molasses barrel. Forgot to take a photo . You just have to visit the place to see it. *They Offer Military Discount Overall, we had a great experience and the food and service were awesome.“
“Bloom is amazing! The atmosphere is very fresh clean and comfortable - staff is very nice and accommodating. You get the sense that the staff here are well taken care of and that reflects in the vibe and hospitality. They offer a lot of healthy options for those who don't eat meat, and lots of options for those who do. I ordered a salad and a coffee. The flavor of the coffee was amazing and you can taste the quality in the salad. Highly recommend.“
“Went in for tamales and baked goods for the first time. They were all out of tamales and we were told they would be ready in about 2 hours, so we got some baked goods. We liked most of the baked goods so I came back for the tamales 2 hours later and Im glad I did. They were hot right from the steamer. They only had pork but thats all I wanted anyways. If you like tamales with more chunky meat to masa ratio like me and a little spicy then these are perfect. I added a couple of there salsas to amp up the spice and I was vey pleased. I would defintely pick these up again.“
“I mean this was the second time I tried them however I just never understood why mine always costed more then the other person's when I took things out especially the whole milk though this location I tried a mocha hazel chocolate freeze it tasted okay however I tasted more ice over anything it was good customer service though and quick thank you.“
“Good food, though I wish I had been given a choice of the regular vs vegan cinnamon roll. Wasn't aware there were two kinds until I reviewed the online menu at home later. Also, buyers beware! I was overcharged. The printed menu listed one price, and I was charged another. When I pointed it out to our server, they didn't apologize. Just disappeared for 10 minutes before giving me an adjusted bill. Am thankful that the printed menu price was honored.“
“This particular World Travelers Coffee Roasters location is one of my favorites! The atmosphere is upbeat and positive. Big windows provide a lot of light, whether sunny or not. Which lends to the great view of the always busy yet interesting E. Bidwell thorough fare.On this particular visit, I was craving a honey lavender coffee and one of the many pastries that is offered. Blame it on the rain:). Hot coffee, warmed pastry... Definitely calling to me!It's always so nice to enter any business and have smiling faces and hellos from the peeps behind the counter. Today, that was three beautiful ladies full of energy and greeting me with their bubbly enthusiasm. I love that!Chatting with them while ordering my extra hot, honey lavender, and yummy looking pistachio muffin was pleasurable as I was not in my cray cray hurry up mode.Obviously, I am not the only one who enjoys World Travelers on East Bidwell as it was packed! The hum of talking, the laptops clicking and solo people sipping and staring into space. Oh yeah!My order was delicious and perfect! I kinda wished I could have had the time to sit there and enjoy. But not in the stars today. Next time for sure.Thank you, lovey ladies, for your over-the-top customer service and sweet saying written on my cup! Oh, and the pistachio pastry was fabulous.Cheers!“
“Let's just say Dutch always has a good drink. I personally think it's kinda pricey but it also makes sense. It always works great. I get a coffee and my kids get free kids cups. My girls love going to Dutch.Kid-friendliness: Dutch Bros makes you feel welcome and is great. Always making my girls feel special. Ask how they're doing. Give them stickers etc.“
“AWESOME ladies that work here, my husband comes every morning. I am not as lucky as he is. I only get to come 2 to 3 times a week. I work from home. This place has amazing coffee friendly people to talk to. If you want good coffee and someone to remember you, this would be the place.“
“Who doesn't love Dutch Bros? I think the fun atmosphere the employees work in makes the coffee taste better, personally. If you're ever having a bad day, just go. You'll feel better just by being around their lightheartedness.Parking: In a large strip mall parking lot with two drive thru'sWheelchair accessibility: Easy to roll on up to the outdoor window and make an order“
“This is a cute bakery in downtown Folsom. There is some parking down the street, but otherwise close to the Folsom Powerhouse State Historic Park trails. What stands out about Faria is they make their own bread with stone-milled flour. The ingredients are sourced locally. The food tastes great! The restroom is not inside the bakery. Rather you need to walk inside toward the steakhouse. The downside is they close early.“
“I've been twice and enjoyed it both times. Have tried the BLT and the French Dip. I like the chairs and the atmosphere too, plus the friendly service. Looking forward to having something before work one of these days, I love a good espresso drink and a pastry.“
“Walked in here craving a viet coffee & they did not disappoint! 3 types offered. I ordered the pink haze after reading a really great review about it. Black sesame doughnut was the perfect compliment! They do Dollar donuts on Tuesdays! The staff was so lovely as well. Clean environment, can’t wait to come back & try the yen 10 cheese!“
“Dayton is the BEST employee. She is so kind and sweet. I was sitting in the lobby working for a couple hours and she even came up to me to check if I wanted anything additional. WOW! You just don’t get that kind of service these days. She needs to be a manager!“
“Highly recommend this spot for those who want to stay healthy but have a big sweet tooth! The service is great, requested my shake to be extra thick and the guy who made it did not let me down! Environment is welcoming but the shake itself is worth the drive from Roseville!“
“I've been here a few times and absolutely love this place! The food is real! Real eggs! The egg and cheese crossiant is my favorite, but all the sandwiches are great! They have a huge selection of drinks! They also offer milk alternatives and sugar-free options! The women working are always nice! Great place for a quick breakfast and coffee!Vegetarian options: Milk alternativesDietary restrictions: Sugar free“
“We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The employees were very polite. The food was delicious. The restaurant was very clean. I am likely to return.Edit: We have returned a few times now. The food is still delicious, the employees are still polite, and the restaurant is still clean.“
“Java Cherry in Citrus Heights is truly a hidden gem, and it's quickly become one of my favorite spots in the area. As a local family-owned business, it exudes a warmth and charm that is hard to find elsewhere.Louise, the manager, is an absolute delight. Her passion for coffee and dedication to providing exceptional service shines through in every interaction. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you're always greeted with a friendly smile and genuine hospitality. The location of Java Cherry, nestled not too far from Costco, makes it a convenient stop for a delicious pick-me-up. On my recent visit, I indulged in their Peppermint Mocha, which was an absolute delight – the perfect blend of rich coffee and refreshing mint. And let's not forget about their Kahlua Cake – it was a heavenly treat that left me craving for more. What I love most about Java Cherry is its cozy atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for quiet meetings or simply unwinding with a good book. The ambiance is welcoming, with comfortable seating and a relaxed vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer.Overall, Java Cherry exceeded my expectations in every way. From the delicious drinks and treats to the exceptional service and inviting atmosphere, it's clear that this place is something special. If you find yourself in Citrus Heights, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to Java Cherry. You won't be disappointed!“
“Friendly neighborhood Starbucks. Beautiful setting among trees and a lovely patio with outdoor seating. Otherwise, this is your regular Starbucks, but the patio sets it apart from most Starbucks I've been to before. If you want to sit and sip your regular drink, this is a great place to do so!Wheelchair accessibility: Outdoor seating is lovely for those with or without wheelchairs :)“
