“Shout out to Lichen Dutch Bros staff!!! Speedy service this morning, friendly faces! I ordered the seasonal Shamrock Kicker this morning (Friday) and noticed when it was being handed over that it looked lighter than normal. Even the broista was like, "are we sure this is it?" We shrugged it off since it was confirmed that it was mine. I got to the light and had my first sip- something was off. It was not blended, it was chunky... So weird. I hated being *this* person, but I got back into the line and expressed my concerns - that I have had the shamrock kicker before and it was usually darker, not chunky, and tasted amazing. The guy (who originally took my order) agreed and said "oh yeah, that doesn't look right. Possibly the carburetor." I apologized being *that* person, that I usually wouldn't get back in line for something so ridiculous and he laughed it off saying, "no problem at all! We WANT you to enjoy your drink! Especially on a Friday morning!" I was pushed back through the line and met with the guy in the window again and got a brand new drink, handed back in the old... The new drink was PERFECT. It looked like it should, tasted like it should. Chef's kiss. Thank you Lichen Dutch Bros staff for not making me feel crazy and for listening and understanding!“

“Very cool little place, the staff was friendly and helpful. This was the first time going here so I had no clue what to order or the menu. The person taking the order gave excellent suggestions and my drink was delicious! The chocolate covered espresso bean placed on top of the drink was a pleasant surprise. “My Dad took me to breakfast there recently. I was quite surprised when we entered the cafe..it had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and felt very comfortable. I had a huge meat omelet, hashbrowns were great and I definitely will be going back sometime soon!“
“By far the best coffee in the area and beyond. We drive 13 miles to visit this location, and well worth it. The owner and staff are very friendly and polite. I recommend the red velvet iced coffee and the regular house blend and Americano hot coffees. Of course there are so many more types of coffee drinks and their quality is by far better than the big name coffee chains in the area.“

“Lovely little cafe with amazing food and a nice atmosphere.My husband and I sat on the velvet green couches to get some work done and enjoyed oat cappuccinos and the Caprese Avocado Toast. The portion was very generous and the food fresh and flavorful! Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a delicious cafe to eat at.“
