They get a lot of in-and-out customers in the morning, and they have the lottery games active. The younger guys seemed to go out of their way to help elderly customers get around or bring them sugar and cream. It's a great place!“

We took a look and didn't really see any drinks that stood out to us at the time and they didn't have any pitaya bowls either so we almost passed on getting anything till we saw their toast selection!We ended up getting the Strawberry & Cream Cheese toast which has the fluffiest cream cheese topped with delicious and sweet slices of strawberries with pistachios, drizzle of honey, and lemon zest. “I've had this on my list for a whiiiiile but always put it off because trying new boba spots can be really hit or miss AND the parking lot is extremely tiny.We finally got the courage to try it over the weekend and managed to find a parking spot luckily so we went for it!Super tiny cafe, one worker and the tv was blasting. Not a bad thing, sometimes having a tv is kind of nice while waiting for your drink.My bf got the passion fruit iced tea with boba and it was fresh. I have tried almost their entire menu in the past couple years and everything is better than the last. The owner is so nice. He really listens to you and remembers your order. “They have the super soft yet chewy boba that's rare to find. I love this place don't get me wrong but my only complaint is that they're too syrup dependent. Hardly any menu items don't use syrup. One time I ordered something for my toddler that according to the menu only had natural fruit but when we got it it was very suspiciously pink. Tried it, and sure enough that thing was puure syrup. To be fair, I was asking a lot of questions to this obviously new person and I made it known that I wanted it a LITTLE sweet and we agreed to sweeten it using some vanilla ice cream. I think in the end I confused her a bit and she thought that it wouldn't be sweet enough for my 2 1/2 y/o and decided to add some syrup. Needless to say, it ended up getting tossed. I called, made it known, and they were gracious enough to gift me a free drink on my next visit.I've been a regular patron here for the better part of 4 years, filled out countless loyalty cards, and that's the only issue I've ever had with them. I really do love this place it's my go to summer time spot thanks to their icee milks. Their food is amazing too I highly recommend the green onion pancakes they are entirely addicting! I found the right street number and all, but it was tricky because the front door is located on another side of street parking. My lucky day today out here in Valencia, CA., because I first located free parking before I found the tea shop. Although this item wasn't on the menu they were super accommodating and said they would be able to do it anyways. It's clean, there's a couple tables you can sit and enjoy your meal at. I sat down to enjoy my bagel and as soon I bit into it the texture and freshness of the bread caught me by surprise. It tastes freshly baked and it's so fluffy and delicious. While the boba initially seemed lackluster, it mysteriously transformed over time, becoming delightfully soft and chewy. Just a heads-up, parking can be tight, but there's usually enough space to squeeze in.“
