I would classify this place as a classic country style diner. The sort of place where locals lineup to have their daily meal and there is always a revolving board of specials. They have a fairly large menu with a ton of options on it and service is very fast. Our waiter was also really polite and we were checked in on many times by many different employees. They have a small parking lot attached to the front of the restaurant, otherwise it will be free street parking in the neighborhood behind.As mentioned, the menu is pretty large so it took me a minute to decide which dish I wanted to order. I ended up choosing the Eggs Alla Fisdale because Eggs Benedict is my favorite breakfast dish. This one is unique because they use a cheddar cheese sauce, which basically tasted like a cheesy hollandaise. It was honestly delicious and really made the meal. The eggs were cooked perfectly and I loved it. We also split a Banana Pudding for dessert and it was good but nothing special. I sat down to enjoy my bagel and as soon I bit into it the texture and freshness of the bread caught me by surprise. It tastes freshly baked and it's so fluffy and delicious. “I love this Robeks location so much, I stopped going to the one on Sepulveda, even though it's much closer to where I live. The first time I walked into this place, I immediately felt an amazing mood change! This Robeks has a cute little lounge area with some tables and a cozy couch (my toddlers favorite!) where you can sit down and chill as you sip on your fruits and veggies! usually order on my Robeks app before arriving, and my drinks are always on point. I alternate between smoothies and fresh juices (mostly mango turmeric and G-snap) and every drink always tastes fresh and delicious. The employee's at this location always have a pleasant attitude, unlike the other locations I've visited in the past, where most of them seem rushed and annoyed. Work can get busy, but it's important to keep a straight face in customer service and they do that well at this location. Clearly, management is remarkable here, and the manager himself who is always present welcomes us with a warm, genuine smile. He even gave my toddler some adorable water-based pony tattoos with the Robeks logo the last time we stopped by, and she loved them so much, she didn't even want me to touch them! Lol. I ordered the tofu breakfast burrito. It was okay. I had to really use the salsa for flavor. I tried the chalupa salsa but it didn't match well with the tofu, that's better with eggs. Use their house salsa. I had the red, didn't try the green. ambiance was fun. I've had better food here in the past, but tofu burrito was a 3 and a half. Maira was so good, goes to four.“
