Food is great, sadly the service is not at this location. In my recent visit an express line, bagels by dozen or bulk, and a made to order (sandwich line, etc.) . Sounds fine to me... I get on the made to order line and one person in front of me started placing her order as I got on line as I see a man walk out behind her. Express line had perhaps 5 people on line. That express line was cleared and I'm still waiting for service. New customers enter and fill the express line again...read full review
Love the bagels here, but hate the customer service. Or, lack thereof. There was literally one other patron (who had already been helped) in the store with me, and 3 employees behind the counter. Not one acknowledgement, with the exception of eye contact with one employee... and it still took a little over 5mins for someone to finally help me. Mind you, I was also in the "fast lane," for non-sandwich orders. I'd understand if it were busy, but like a said, 2 customers to 3 employees....read full review

The bagels here are delicious and well priced! They have a variety available, my kids, love the cheese, bacon, and pizza once the best. Very friendly and always fresh, great option to pick up and freeze to use as needed!
