“We ate here 20+/- years ago and recalled having a great meal. This did not disappoint our memory. The seafood was the best we have had in years and was cooked to perfection. David was a great server and the staff was all very attentive. Hopeful to go back sooner than later! “

“Quick meal the day before with little “brioche” stuffed with cheese and ham, experience repeated the next morning for breakfast. Coffees with its top almond milk variant, it's a change from the usual American coffees. Delicious coconut pastry. “Acai” bowl very good but I would have appreciated it being noted that it was a “smoothie sorbet”, not translated into English. Not ideal for the morning. The fruit salads served to the neighbor were tempting.Brazilian cuisine to try. Refined and tastefully decorated.“

“We enjoyed the most delicious meal. Authentic Italian cooking with wonderful attention to detail. I started with a salad of pear and radicchio. It's not pear season so I expected an unripe pear with minimal flavor to be honest. But I love radicchio so went for it. The pear was juicy and tender. What a delicious contrast to the crunchy radicchio and mustard vinaigrette. If that much care is given to the salad you can imagine how delicious the rest of the meal was. We left our plates scraped clean. ? They have a fabulous and affordable wine list and the staff make you feel like longtime friends. Our table was flanked by devoted regulars who were effusive in their love of Chef Valenti's talents. We could see why! We went on a busy weekend night and they never made us feel rushed to turn the table. For sure this is the best Italian food in san anselmo— but I'm just gonna call it. You can't get more delicious Italian food in all of Marin.“

“We had a great brunch. The food is top notch, yet it feels like an old school diner. A nice tip: if you order a cappuccino, they will refill you with coffee at no charge.Parking: They have a small free lot, but there is also parking available on the street“

“We're from San Francisco and were getting married in the city, but decided to venture across the bridge after striking out on other vendors due to price, size limitations (270+ people), or general availability. We feel so lucky that we came across Krumbs based on the A+ experience, from tasting to delivery. One thing we truly hoped for was a true cake-tasting experience. In the post-COVID landscape, everything is "come buy cupcakes and let us know what you think." We went out to Krumbs and were so excited to be able to sit down and be treated to all of their cake, mousse, and frosting flavors, and even though we had only inquired about one flavor, we left with two. They were also super-flexible when it came to design and weighed in with their own opinions after learning about the wedding vibe, cake topper, etc. Their pricing was affordable but the experience felt premium in every way, from the tasting to delivery and putting the finishing touches at the venue. We were able to hand them off to our venue coordinator and they managed everything from there. We also had them do our sheet cake for the rest of the guests so everyone could have the same experience. We like them so much we went back to buy a birthday cake for my mother-in-law a few weeks later. SF is great but I feel like we found a gem in Krumb's and would recommend them to anyone.“

“Love this place! Pizza is delicious, its a fun casual atmosphere, and they have a great list of drinks on tap. They also have roadside service for weekend nights where it's maybe a little too busy to get a table. Fun place to catch a basketball game too!“
“Fresh baked cookies with very unique cookie flavors (like funfetti & carrot cake). I did expect it to be cloying and super sweet, but it was nice. You could taste the ingredients and the ice cream was great without being "syrup-y". The staff was super friendly, but be warned that they do not always have all the flavors all the time. We waited for about 15 min because we wanted to try the funfetti cookie and some were just coming out of the oven. There were also a few ice cream flavors not in stock. You can take it on-the-go and walk around Fisherman's Wharf, or you can sit in a few picnic tables and chairs to eat it there. Worth a stop and better than the chain ice cream shops nearby.“

“My entire family loves Lotus and we appreciate that the food is made with high quality, organic ingredients. This food is the closest we've gotten to how food tastes back home in India :) Recently I worked with the Lotus team to cater a 45-50 person event. Surinder, the owner, was phenomenally helpful. He was in touch with me regularly, on time for delivery, provided everything I needed including the matches to keep the chafing dishes warm throughout the night. He went above and beyond. We were already HUGE fans of this place and are now SUPER fans. My preschool-aged daughter loves this place too and asks to go here all the time :) HIGHLY rec!“

“The first Japanese restaurant I have eaten at outside Japan that has the emphasis on quality, attention to detail, and customer service that is expected there. Not all the dishes were fantastic, but the overall experience was excellent. I'll try some different things next time.“
“Just purchased the fennel pollen pasta with the Ragu Saltimbocca this morning at the Farmers market at the Civic Center. It was fantastic!! Served it with a little fresh grated Reggiano Parmesan and a nice salad with produce from the farmers market and it was better than 99% of restaurant food. Really lovely and the owner was charming and so honest and you should absolutely run right down and buy some. Support our local entrepreneurs and eat well too! Can’t wait to try another one of his tasty combos.“

“Great restaurant with million dollar views! This restaurant proves you don't need to spend a small fortune on food and drink when going out to dinner in places like SF, Napa, and New York for that matter. Hidden or extra fees are out of control in America, including restaurants. At Bistro Boudin you get great value , food, service , and atmosphere. Our raspberry lemon drop cocktails were perfect. The calamari was delicious. The French onion soup was perfect. Beautiful atmosphere. So tired of snooty restaurants with surly staff. This place is great and quite unpretentious. We will return.“

“Really cute and healthy smoothie shop in a nice shopping center. I ordered a Maca My Day, which I thought was pretty bad, and so they gave me a free replacement of another drink. Very respectable. Wasn’t a big fan of the other smoothie either…But on the bright side, they have fresh delicious vegetarian wraps!“

“This is one of our most favorite alternatives to fast food. I went by yesterday with my son and the manager came out and told us of a new item on their menu. It was a salmon salad crunch and it was marvelous. Wonderful food. Wonderful service. Healthy!! Highly recommend!!!“

“I am always at the park across from Tony's with my daughter, but it's our first time actually eating here today. As someone whom has always been a server in the food industry unfortunately I am very observant. I felt so happy and welcome. Mailo and Francis at the front were so welcoming and kind, and explained everything so well. As we sat and waited for our food Sami (I think might be management) always made sure we were happy and comfortable. Asked if the food was what we liked!? It was beyond that it was amazing ! The food OMG !!! The best I am lactose but for some reason my tummy loved the pizza!! Shout out to the chefs !!! We just moved to kentfiel, this will deff be one of our regular places to go!! Thank you such an amazing welcoming environment! I am sure the chefs are the same I felt the love in my food!“

“I'm long overdue writing this review. I have visited Servino's four times over the years (when I'm in Tiburon...I live over an hour away), and I look forward to visiting the restaurant at their new (former) location. The staff make great recommendations for what's good from the menu as well as wines to accompany the dishes. Delectable Italian dishes, great wines, welcoming service (they make guests feel like family), incredible views, and their famous Opera Nights make Servino's a special place for any occasion, even if it's just because you want to relax over dinner and a sunset.“
“Time and time again Heather and the team at Flour Craft impress me. They've made every holiday and birthday special for our gluten free family for the last ten years. The cakes, pastries, seasonal varieties and sourdough bread are fantastic. They've redone the store in San Anselmo to be open, modern and welcoming boasting the best ambiance around. I'm grateful that my mom found this place years ago! What sets this bakery apart from it's competitors is their willingness to create unique and delicious varieties, granolas, breads and savory tartines! Can't beat the staff friendliness, store cleanliness, pastry-chef creativity and baked goods consistency.“

“I don't normally leave reviews on yelp but we had such a great experience I could not not leave a review. We came in 2 min before closing and the owner Bill graciously welcomed us in. We had the white bean soup, beet salad and sliders and sangria. The food was amazing! As we were leaving we had a great chat with Bill and he told us about his 15 year history of owning the restaurant. I moved to San Rafael 4 years ago and this was honestly my best culinary experience. We will be back!“

“Looking for a coffee to go in the area we ended up in shoreline coffee shop. As we were walking towards the Cafe we preceived the aromas of the food coming to us and inviting us to stay and eat. The food was good and freshly cooked. It's a traditional breakfast place. It was sunny enough to sit outside. Coffee was good.“

“Good bagels and selection. Bagels are on the small side which I like. And the price is right, which is a breath of fresh air these days. My only complaint is the staff. The last couple of times I’ve been there (in a period of a few months), they hardly say a word to you, seem completely disinterested in the customer and annoyed if you ask if they have something that they don’t.“

“It is great to find a Subway that is open late, but what's even far better than that is that the manager, Ramy, is a very kind person who truly cares about his customers. I had a very pleasant experience visiting this Subway. My food was great, and I enjoyed striking up a conversation with Ramy. Would highly recommend eating at this place!Vegetarian options: Good option with the Veggie Delight“

“Organic bakery in the heart of San Rafael. I came upon this cozy cottage looking place when I got off the beaten path of 4th street.Worth finding!Coffee and hot and cold sandwiches available but the variety of baked goods was so creative … I went for the sweets… the banana Meyer lremon bread/cake is a standout. And I loved loved loved the whole wheat very muffin.Incredible flavors and healthy ingredients! Yay! . I no longer have to be sad that Arizmendi is gone from the San Rafael scene. What a gem…. They even have an upright piano and a children’s books and game corner.I’ll be back!?“
“Everything we had was great! Shrimp spring rolls were fresh and flavorful, I liked how the shrimp were actually slightly seasoned and the sauce was definitely homemade, tasted great on its own with some white rice. Their yellow curry and pad Thai were great as well. Personally I feel as though the food scene in the bay had gone downhill in the past few years and it's been a long time since any Thai restaurant in the Bay Area blew me away, but this is definitely one of the better options in the area.“
“Picked up a cake for my husband's birthday and we were both awesomely surprised. A friend had told me about this place and I was a little hesitant for some reason I'm not sure why, but if you're in the mood for some good cake, be sure to check it out.“
“Χριστός Ανέστη! I couldn't be with my family for Easter this year so they sent me a care package from Glyka Sweets. I am so grateful for this feeling of home that your sweets gave me. And, the tsoureki and koulourakia were absolutely delicious! 10 out of 10. Thank you so much. Have a wonderful day!“

“Visited this shop last week when I was in the area. This company hasn't been on my radar, but if this store is anything to go by ... IM A FAN! I got 3 flavors to share with friends: Strawberry, Lemon & Pineapple Upside Down. I love lemon, but I'm picky. Lemon desserts have to have a tartness to them and this had the perfect balance of flavors. The Strawberry was good, but not remarkable; however, I've not had a better non-fresh strawberry icing. The Pineapple was the bomb!!! It's been almost a week now and it's probably a good thing I don't live closer or I'd be there like every other day. The fellow waiting on me was super nice and said I could get a free cupcake as it was my first visit to their store: not sure this was legit or he was just being kind - I have the grandma vibe going for me. The chocolate was perfect, but as a confined chocoholic, choosing between it and the pineapple would be hard! The cake itself for all the cupcakes had great flavor, and the crumb was what you strive for when baking. Frosting tastes like real BUTTER cream. I've not looked into the facts though, so can't verify. Their layer cakes looked incredible and I have to try a slice sometime - hopefully soon. Check them out!“
