“When we sat down outside, with the blue hour sun hanging low across the city, the tray of gluttony and sugars sat so perfectly on our tray. Then a group of Patagonia-clad men stumbled in saying “with OpenAI” and I was reminded that we’re in San Francisco. The crookie was good, albeit not crispy. While the coffee vanilla mousse looked amazing on the outside, it was a tad too sweet. However, the highlight for me was the Imperial; paired with an iced cold brew, the decadent layers filled with a crumbly bottom and a sweet white filling inside was my favourite.Pretty good!“

“Wildly popular and mostly lives up to the hype! Although, I think the Breakfast Sandwich and the Morning Bun are overrated. IMO, the Smoked Salmon Tartine and the Pressed Ham & Gruyère Sandwich are the can't miss highlights of the menu. The standard baked goodies like the Almond Croissant are also v solid. Right away they told us there were reservations so we would only be able to eat till around 7:15ish, which was totally okay. The back area was very cute, and extremely warm with the heater. For the food, we got 2 pizzas - honey pepperoni and the one with mushrooms. They were both good, but the crust was the best part. And the honey pepperoni said spicy on the menu but wasn't spicy at all.For appetizers, we got garlic bread and burrata cheese salad. The bread was on the drier side, couldn't taste much garlic. But the salad was very good.Overall, nice experience!“

“I stumbled upon this restaurant with two friends recently when another place we were planning to go to was closed, and I’m so glad we did! The food was SO delicious—flavorful, but not overpowering, and we left satisfied, full, and with lots of leftovers! I started with a mango lassi (my favorite) and really enjoyed the amount of mango flavor but without too much sweetness. We also had the veggie samosas (big, nicely spiced, just perfect), garlic naan (perfection, saag paneer and butter chicken. Everything we ordered was simply delectable. The service was quick and attentive, but not overly so. And the space was clean and very classic—nice dinnerware, candles on the table etc. All in all I’m so happy our original plan changed and we went here! I will definitely be back again!“

I drive from the East Bay usually late night when my husband and I are craving phenomenal donuts. The donuts are extremely fresh, the times I've been here there has been an older gentleman making them and racks of donuts ready to be bought. Yummmmmmm. Just incredible tasty donuts. You can tell the oil they get made in is also very fresh, no after taste of old oil. Donuts are not super greasy. The service is magnificent! The first time coming here the woman was extremely helpful and kind. The second time a young man helped us and he had a great personality and energy. He was telling us some of the stories of the donut place. Really enjoyed his service! The ambiance is an old school donut shop with closed off seating area but looks very vintage. “Went here to try the SF restaurant week menu. It has a very nice atmosphere and the food is presented well. I felt that the experience missed the mark a bit though considering the prices. The menu is authentic Mexican but the flavours were lacking. For example, in the hibiscus margarita, the hibiscus was soo diluted compared to one you would get at a nice restaurant in Mexico. And it was similar for the food… the flavours were lacking. The duck on the menu was nice but too salty, while the dessert was too sweet. Our specific server seemed inexperienced but other staff were very attentive. In summary, I was hoping for the flavours to better match what I get in Mexico.“

The workers are super nice and show a lot of hospitality. “Belly is pretty lean with not much fat in terms of extras to entice. But what they serve, they do well. It has a young start up vibe with good precious offerings, a limited interesting menu for a bakery that also does lunch. It’s pretty much outdoor seating only sans the shade and expect a line. We are told by the counter staff it takes eight minutes to heat the savory mushroom pie or corn pastry with an egg inside. Everything was tasty.Personally I prefer muffins containing an egg to be soft boiled rather than hard, such as the morning muffin at Post Script on Jackson street which can’t compare to anything else. It was a fun place to try and I brought a couple of cookies home to try. The matcha latte was excellent, sweetened with brown sugar. I like that they use good ingredients on their spare cuisine. I do think they might expand the menu a tad.“

“I still give this place five stars for their gluten free baked goods and take home lasagna but overall four stars because their service still sucks most of the time. I went by here recently on a Sunday morning before a meeting to grab something hot to eat. I love their hot pockets. However, it was 9:30 am. A number of people around me and I started to form a line. Some people asked the staff questions about the pastries and they answered while putting stuff out. None of the staff thought to tell us that they didn't open until 10 am on Sundays. After about 5 minutes of being ignored, I saw the small sign for their hours. I pointed it out to others and we all left. That was a horrible experience as I was hungry and now didn't have time to get something else before my meeting. On Pi Day, I came by and was pleased they had a number of pies available in different sizes. I picked up a small Chocolate Pie that was low in sugar and a small Cherry Pie. They were the perfect size for the three of us though they could have fed more people. We didn't finish the pies ourselves. The Chocolate Pie was yummy and perfect for me but my husband said it wasn't sweet enough for him. We all loved the Cherry Pie! We went back recently and picked up their pizza dough. It came with two rounds. They were awesome!!! We put on our own toppings and popped them into the oven. They came out delicious. I love their food. I just wish the service was better.“

If you have no clue, just choose the most popular area. In addition, they also have traditional staple dishes, which look like burritos but taste like cakes, and they also have rice options. The service is very homely and friendly, it looks like a three-generation family restaurant. The taste can also be adjusted, such as adding spiciness or if you don’t want onions. There are many street residents in this neighborhood, so the lights are a little dim at night. In addition, the sign at the entrance is not very obvious. “I was in the city for a conference and didn't have time to eat, but SF pizza saved me, it was easy and fast to pickup. Loved the place, environment and service. The pesto and tomato pizza was GREAT! I like to keep my pizza simple with good ingredients, if you are like me, definitely give it a try. ?“

“Slightly more expensive slice ($16 for two slices), but full of fresh ingredients.I got the Meat Lovers and the Greek and the Meat Lovers was the better of the two. But I liked all the olives and the fresh tomatoes on the Greek. On the Meat Lovers, there were too many onions, otherwise great meat.“

“Came here before a concert, it was a great snacks that turned into dinner :)Ordered the arepa and cachapa- loooove them! I personally like cachapa better because of thinner crust and that allows me to balance the corn and meat flavor. But the arepa still tastes amazing!Too bad there was no interesting drinks available, though. The restaurant was small and quiet, it's pretty tidy with small water dispenser available. The service is pretty decent, you'll need to come to the register and pay.“

“Ordered spinach salad, no adds in. Very fresh, good combinations, big size. Only thing I would recommend to make it proper Mediterranean is to just add a seasoning bar with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice instead of the seasoning that came prepared cause it's too sugary. Service was excellent, very decent guys, all seemed kind and humble. Surprisingly fair/moderate prices, considering the city.“
