The food was good and I can't complain about it. At least it's not all smashed or soggy. The food looked very good. Service, on the other hand, can be better. You would think they would be more friendlier, but they are not. And why do I have to drive forward them backwards. So they act like they are being prompt. Well their not.

Horrible customer service skills. The restaurant is empty and they take more than fifteen minutes to give you your order. I'd give it a 0 stars but it doesn't let me.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I stopped to charge my car here and walked in at 6pm and it took 8 mins for someone to walk to the cashier to take my order - there was no one in front of me and only one car in the drive through. All I wanted was a shake for my drive but they didn't have it. Disappointed, but okay. Then I asked for the bathroom code and they wouldn't allow me to use the restroom because its for customers only. Like, yeah, I would've been a customer if your machine wasn't broken. "Sorry, you'll have to buy something else if you want the code." I'd rather wait until my next charging stop then give them my money at this point. Do yourself a favor and don't bother coming here.

Bad customer service!! I decided to go around 10 and the girls were rude they didn’t have pies, coffee, onion rings and them were just rushing me by saying ANYTHING ELSE, ANYTHING ELSE. They had no patience I will never come here again.

I do not recommend visiting this establishment. I was given the wrong order and it tasted very disgusting!! I ordered an original chicken burger, received a junior chicken... I ordered it to go and only noticed this fake in the car. Since I was hungry and in a hurry, I had to stuff myself with a disgusting-tasting burger... it’s also called a burger for children?‍?

I am a person to never complain about food But the Burger King here in greenfield is disgusting The food is always cold the nuggets are always rock hard I always say is everything in the bag they always say yes I park in the parking lot every time to check if everything is in the bag or else I'd get down every time something is missing or food is always cold and I will take it back to them and let them know what's wrong with my order it's always something with this Burger King i pay for my food and it's not cheap every time I go and I'm paying for it to be cold? nothing is made right all the times I go get food it's always cold and missing items in the bag The service is terribly poor the girls that work there are very rude I'm telling my order to them and I get rude comments when I tell them they heard my order wrong they have an attitude with me all the time I go to the drive thru window they are eating by the cashier and always laughing and never a thank you always a "here you go "and slams the window very time food and service is poorly don't recommend this Burger King in greenfield .

Worst restaurant I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been around the country enough for that to mean something. Always wrong, missing ingredients they didn’t say were out even after remaking the food, terrible (terrible!!!) restrooms, and actually closed hours early tonight. Oh, and they made me wait 30 minutes for a $6 order like that other reviewer once, too. Got it wrong, just like they did with the other guy, and with me, virtually every time.I don’t really eat at bk because it’s not that good, but this one is really convenient, I am genuinely stunned that it’s still open, and corporate should absolutely close it. It really gives off a “we don’t care, and won’t say we do either” impression.

I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink, and ended up waiting 35 minutes for it. I ordered pickup through the app and waited inside the whole time, the place was empty the entire time. 2 cars came through the drive through and we're handled quickly. I heard one of the employees say "minimum wage minimum work" while I was waiting inside, more power to them I guess. I could tell it wasn't personal, I ordered through the app and never talked to them, I think they were just trying to be slow for the sake of being slow. When they finally called my name they forgot the drink, I waited around another 2 minutes to tell them, then after I told the woman she looked confused and grabbed her headset like she was getting an order through the drive through, then she went and played with some receipts in a blue box like she was listening. I could see the whole drive through though, it was empty, no one at the speaker and no one came in after. She then grabbed a cup and poured the drink. I got the feeling they were trying to be as slow as possible, that's their prerogative I guess, I wasn't too bothered by it but it was inconvenient. Almost every table in the place was dirty, even though it wasn't that late in the day and the place was empty. It didn't end up mattering in the end though, I originally planned on eating inside, but after waiting 35 minutes for the burger my car was done charging and I had to go so I didn't end up having to eat inside.

Place was empty and they kept me waiting for 30 minutes for a $10 order. I overheard one of them saying “minimum work for minimum wage”. After 30 minutes they still got the order wrong, everyone was just standing around.

The staff is horrible. They’ll make you wait to order your food. Can be standing at the counter and make eye contact with employees and they’ll still pretend like you’re not even
