“Very happy with my visit! Just picked up dinner for me and my husband and the staff was SUPER NICE and extremely helpful! There was 3 on shift from what I could see and all 3 jumped on the line to help! They welcomed me as soon as I came in and all gave me smiles and asked how my day was. I really feel that they went above and beyond with excellent customer service and want them to be recognized for that! I wish I would’ve gotten names. My visit was Monday, August 22nd around 5:45pm! “This Subway offers the best customer service. I am not from Orville but the employees are super friendly. Very respectful and you can tell everyone gets treated like family. Been to many Subways but this gots them beat. Plus portions are good. Don't have to ask for more. 5 stars all the way. Don't have reciept but if u did would submit review.“

“A good sandwich and the way you want it with a smile. We ALWAYS use a coupon as we cannot stand to pay 18 bucks for a 5 dollar footlong because of Bidenflation. We use the 3 footlongs for $19.99 and this location always delivers. The meat is fresh and the vegetables are crisp. Never had them run out of a condiment and always has eager, helpful staff attentively awaiting our order. The staff slices the bread to maximize toppings and the attitude is always superb. The establishment is clean and well run. Will visit again.“

Almost like she knew me or something because THAT was a good call!
