This place has THE BEST FISH & CHIPS. Really. It'll ruin fish & chips from any other place on the planet. The first time I tried Barbara's was during the pandemic when I was looking for a place to eat outside, & I had always wanted to eat here. There is nothing fancy about this place (it has that coastal charm that HMB is known for & the staff is always quick and friendly), but you come here for the amazing food. There's always a line here so be prepared to wait. Fish and chips, calamari, clam chowder and the salad Louie are some of our favorites. You can opt to buy from the counter outside as well. Friendly and fast service. We've not been disappointed here.
