La Fiesta Restaurant Bar offers fantastic Chile Rellenos and Chicken Tacos with huge portions served on hot plates. The spicy cucumber margaritas are delicious. While some customers have experienced long wait times and inexperienced staff, the service is generally good. The Michelada with Pacifico is recommended, but the premixed margaritas may not be to everyone's taste. The ambiance is clean, but the acoustics can be loud. Some seating areas may have obstructed views of the big screen TVs. The Chile verde burrito with red sauce is decent, but the Jalisco burritos are preferred. Overall, the rice and beans are pretty good.
