I went around 10pm and I was served by a very nice worker behind the counter. She made my burrito with enough fillings and made sure my order was correct. The food was good and parking was easy, as this place has a small private parking lot up front. I was pleasantly surprised by my visit and this is my new favorite chipotle in the Hayward area!
Tried this Chipotle after going to City Sports. All the food looked fresh. One of the best Chipotle's in the Bay Area already. It was nice to see a clean food far with no scraps everywhere! The Service Manager Dani was really cheerful and had a conversation with us. The workers greeted us right when we came in.

It was my first time coming to this Hayward location and the food was amazing! My chicken bowl and 3 crunchy tacos were fresh and delicious. The service was fast and the restaurant was very clean. The only thing I will say is that I dislike their garbage holes as they are shaped as a very small square.Don’t let the negative reviews throw you off. I’m not sure why other customers said the food was cold and old haha.
