We were so fortunate to have a tasting with Saini at the Timber Cove Resort. We met the owner and his wife and they were just the loveliest people you can imagine. This is a family run vineyard and the care and reverence that they have for wine making is what makes them shine. Their wines are named after family members, and we loved hearing the stories of how the wines were named. We had a wonderful experience stoping by this winery, Cara made the entire experience spectacular. She was interesting, funny, and knowledgeable. She had the best taste in music , with a great playlistRecommend to add to a visit to the area , it’s hidden gem ! It’s a place you must stop by !

Phenomenal experience! And such wonderful staff that go above and beyond to make visitors feel wanted and welcomed like you're family.The venue is small and family owned with gorgeous grounds that have been in production since 1917. Mike Saini and Laura Saini are kind, good-hearted people and their rosè is very light in color and flavor notes but so refreshing; perfect for an 80° day in spring!!! Can't wait to come visit again!! The white blend was my favorite of the day. Salute
