This was absolutely the most awful experience I have ever had at any subway. The help was rude and had no idea about the "deals" subway offers and told me to go online. I tried but had ZERO luck getting the site to work and walked out with empty hands. I see in the future of Subway that if they continue their path of treating customers in a NON PERSONAL ROBOTIC fashion, they will end up like Quiznos.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered online for this store and didn't get what I ordered. All I got was a bun and a couple slices of meat. Asked for a refund after driving all the way home and back but NO they said they would fix the sandwich but by now the bun was all soggy. They wouldn't give me a refund blaming the website.I will never use this store again I have never had trouble with ordering online for a other storeJust a bunch of jurks

These people are jurks I ordered a footlong with lots of toppings online picked it up but when I got home all I got was a bun and a couple slices of meat. I drove all the way back but all they did was blame the website. No refund. So now I'm stuck with a soggy bun and a couple slices of meat for $10.79 this is the 2nd time this has happened at this store. I'm glad I paid with PayPal maybe they can get my money back. # rip-off don't go here

Got food poisoning a couple days ago from a turkey and pepperjack sandwich with tomatoes, spinach, and sirrachi sauce. Had an upset stomach immediately that got worse hours later. And, no, it wasn't caused by something else I ate beforehand. Surprised any of this happened since I stopped in before 11 am when food items should not have been out very long.

I went in today for the free sub & i was helped by the manager named GABBY i kindly asked if i could not have mayo on my sandwich & i was i told it has to have mayo on it because of the promotion they were doing which i thought was kinda silly she was rude abt it as well saying i can ether get the freeway sandwich or dont get one at all & she ignored my girlfriend when she asked her abt her day I ended up going to another subway not to far from this one & they had no issues with me asking them to not put mayo on the promotion sandwich they was doing I believe gabby needs to work on her peoples skills she’s definitely not representing subway the correct way

Workers were "busy" stocking bread, vegetables,etc. The one one lady putting the bread away finally looked up and said they'd be with us shortly. We waited patiently or about 5 minutes while she pried the last loaf out of a pan with about 6 loaves. Then she started on another one without missing a beat! It was about 11:30 and they had been open since 8:00. Apparently they were more interested in stocking things than taking orders from customers. Hate to put them out so we left. There was not another soul in the place so they weren't busy. Nice Sunway. We went to Jersey Mike's instead.

Everytime i go to this subway everyone is so friendly but the one who sticks out the most from everyone is Jean, she layers my sandwich so beautiful and it's perfect every single time i go. If she is not there i just leave because i don't want my sandwich messy at all .. The higher ups need to see her work ethic because she takes pride at her job and she is so friendly to people i honored service like that! Keep up the amazing work Jean
