My go to Chinese take out spot. If a Chinese restaurant can't get dry fried beef chow fun right, chances are that the rest of the menu is a gamble. Willow Garden nailed it for me.
First off, I want to say that the food is amazing. I love the orange chicken and the combination chow mein. Second, although the food is great, the service is so bad. When I walked in no one helped me for a few minutes and when I finally looked over the counter to check, I saw a woman on her phone oblivious to what was happening.
