There was hair in my husband’s burger. The Blizzards aren’t mixed well at all, the mint was only mixed on top and the bottom half was vanilla and also chocolate chip cookie dough only had a couple of chips and barely any chocolate the mix in is very little you can barley see any or taste. The Texas toast isn’t Texas toast it is toast barely toasted with garlic butter on it no Parmesan cheese or whatever Texas toast have on it. This is the second and last time I will go there.
Thank goodness they have returned to the high Desert. I don't know why they went out of business when they were in the mall. My kids and family really enjoy the ice cream selection. It's also nice that they also have food available now.
I understand the importance of honest feedback. My recent visit to the newly opened Dairy Queen left me with mixed feelings. While the quality of the ice cream and the sundae itself were satisfactory, the overall experience fell short. The wait time at the drive-thru was unacceptably long, almost an hour to receive my order. Additionally, I found the prices to be considerably high, with a plain sundae costing almost $8.
