Post-remodel the location has way less seating (probably the intent) with no discernible improvements to the ordering or receiving process. I placed a mobile order this morning for a protein box and a hot latte. Came in, waited a while, and was eventually handed a protein box that looked like it had already been opened (seal was torn through and fruit appeared to be missing) and an iced coffee. They exchanged the protein box when I pointed out that they had given me an open product, and they offered to remake the coffee, but given how long the first one took I didn't have another ten minutes to wait for a redo. This may be my closest Starbucks, but I'll be looking for another location to take my business on the way to work.

The new remodel is garbage. They removed a bathroom, removed extra seating, and made the atmosphere overall worse. Will be visiting better locations who actually value their customers. Extremely shameful remodel on Starbucks’ part. There goes the whole “third place” idea.

Had a few mix-ups with my orders, but this is the only Starbucks that is open so late. I don't mind waiting for my drink to be remade, so long as I can get a pick-me-up to get me up the mountain

My experience at this Starbucks on 27615 Base Line St in Highland has always been terribleMy drinks come out wrong 90% of the time and it sucks because I live around the area and I usually get my coffee for my work commute and it’s always a let down. I always end up having to go to the Starbucks in front of my job and get a new drink there.Not only that but I’ve encountered terrible service here as well, on the most recent occasion the barista at the window not only had an attitude but was rude and condescending at the way I ordered my drink. Thankfully my order came out right otherwise I would’ve gone inside and let them know of the terrible service they always provide.

I came to this starbucks this morning I asked if they had change for $100 the girl said yes, when I got to the window she asked me “ um what’s this “ I said you said you had change. anyway she ended up taking it. before I handed her the money I had her scan my $10 gift card on my app. she scanned it then I gave her the money & she gave me $80 back. My total was $20. I told her did you not deduct the gift card? & she tells me “ I never scanned it” LIKE YOU JUST SCANNED MY PHONE WHAT DO YOU MEAN?? Anyway she had lots of attitude. After she handed me my food she closed the window. she looked Mexican maybe some Indian in her. very very bad experience & customer service. I won’t come here again.

Building Stronger Men

Starbucks, in general, is phoning it in. They get so many orders that they don't stop to make sure it's right. Staff is apathetic at times. They're way too liberal. I'm calling it quits on them soon. For the wages of sin is death but the free gift of GOD is eternal life through Christ JESUS our Lord.

I come here every day before work. They've only messed up my order once this place. The only thing I would dock points for is the exceeding amount of homeless people in this plaza but that's not the staff's fault. Order ahead of time or go through the drive thru.

No wonder the employees want to unionize, they are grossly incompetent and would be fired anywhere else. Can't break a $100.00 bill, and Lizbet (on the drive through ordering) does not listen to the orders and I ended up having to pay 2 times. Ordered a grande black/white with add shot and a venti black/white with add shot and peppermint. Only received the grande, had to reorder the venti. They spend too much time talking and not enough working, to the point that the line backs up to, onto, and down Baseline road, interfering with traffic and making our beautiful city look trashy.

I have never had an issue with this place until recently. I had ordered a grande coffee with a foam top and once I came to window they tried giving me a tall. I mentioned I ordered a grande to the worker. Next thing I knew I just seen the girl turn around give the drink to the one in charge and all she did was pour it in a bigger cup ! So after receiving the cup the blend was off soft top was at the bottom and and they just added more soft top to fill the drink.
