Staff was very friendly attentive and very respectful. Food was great and even the fries were hot. I think they have found new staff some at least. Went in there tonight 4/13 a guy named Juan took care of me. Very professional and extremely welcoming. The place was clean and the service was awesome. If you've had a bad experience go back and give it a second chance. You will not regret it. Just an FYI to the impatient. If you go in at peak hours it's going to be busy. Be respectful and have patients. They are human. If Juan is there in the front your in great hands guaranteed. Not sure the ladies name but she was a sweetheart too. Go to Wingstop and get the garlic butter chicken tenders. Can't beat them. Staff was A+!

Please bring Buffalo Wild Wings to Hollister. This establishment has way too many problems, the workers are lazy and don’t have items ready to order, might aswell not be open at all. I will not order from them ever again, atleast from this location. Corporate please figure something out with this, may I also add that the girl on the phone was extremely rude. Cancel Wingstop from Hollister!!!

I went 15 minutes before they closed. The fries were old. The chicken was over fried and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The customer service was great. I probably will not go back.

I understand customer service is important always but I also understand that employees should get treated with proper respect and dignity. Management really needs to take training on how to better train there team. Speaking to them rude n disrespectful is not good sign of management at all. These kids and adults that come to work daily to each location at Wingstop work hard but if they dnt get the proper and adequate training on food handling and customer approach they will extend poor service n this again is a reflection of the managers not supervisors. Nit picking of little things vs utilizing teaching moments and learning experiences has very diffrent outcomes that make employees love coming to work and have a more pleasing experience for customers who come in and consume from this food chain. Capitola n watsonville stores struggle with employee retention due to lack of proper managerial training on how to build ur team up n not down. I really hope that corporate can do an internal investigation on how employees are treated. Over worked, working without clocking in schedule adjustments to reflect shifts they arr owed hours on, lots of scolding employees and list goes on. Lack of leadership...Glad they got a new Manger in Capitola! He has good work ethic. Andrea at the Hollister store has very poor managing skills, brakes a lot of labor laws and it's time employees speak up on how they are over worked as minors and taken advantage of by not paying them there hours they have worked, taking all the glory of a passed inspection knwing it was her team hard work and a lot of it minors that made it happen. A lot if discrimination behind the scenes of Andreas management!

So, I placed an order around 11:40pm. Nothing out of the ordinary, just 15 wings, all drums, well done with ranch. I go and pick up my order at the time I was supposed to, right. So, I'm trying to fill my soda, but their is no ice. I ask for ice and they said that they'll bring some out. Suddenly, I had this feeling that I sould check my order. So, I open it up; the first thing I notice theirs no ranch. Alright, I'll just ask then for some. Then I opened my wings and notice they were all wings, not drums and to me did not look like they were well done. I told the guy behind the counter what was wrong and he asked me if that would okay. I told him no because I won't eat the wings, hence why I ordered all drums. Can you please remake them. He explained that he would, he would just have to turn a fryer back on. Not once did he apologize for their mess up. I think he was more upset at the fact that he had to turn everything back on and that he was going to have to stay later. Well, believe me buddy I'd rather not have to stay any longer then I needed too.

Just ordered some wings and they were horrible. The wings dry with no seasoning and undercooked plus the fries with no seasoning plus cold. They got the sauce flavor wrong for another order. This wingstop always seems to never get the orders right and wings not cooked properly.

When this place first opened it was great, but within a year or so it was awful. They always mess up your order. The chicken is either too dry or soaked in grease. The fries always seem to be cold and soggy. More than once I've been in there when you could see it needed a deep cleaning. It seems terminally understaffed by teens who do not give an F, I have to assume they are treated by management as badly as the food is because it is a constant. I've said several times "never going there again" and after 6 months or so I think "it can't be as bad as I remember. I want wings, I'll give it another shot. " just don't. This time, I'm actually done with this place.

I never leave reviews but night crew is always messing up my orders or missing items and from what I’ve seen they mess up alot of other customers orders as well. Long waits just to not get what was ordered and paid for. Do better.
