Went to frog today at 3:30om and the place was dark. The guy shouted through the window that because of the rain they weren't opening until 4pm. The sign on the door says 1pm. If you're going to have different store times due to "weather" -- then please post that on the window and website. We drove into Hollywood, found a parking spot (miracle), paid for parking, walked through the rain to get there and be turned away at 3:30pm. Booooooooo. It's just not worth the trouble.

I would give Frog 4 stars if it parking was possible. The valet charges anywhere from $15-20 and does not allow Frog customers to run in just to make a quick purchase, even when the lot is not busy. I don't know who is responsible for this, but it is not good business practice. Also, the flavors are not always labelled regarding sugar or fat content so I am not always sure what I am getting in this regard. I have been loyal to Frog for many years, and unfortunately they are beginning to lose my business to Yogurtland.

Tasted like spoiled milk, but apparently they made it yesterday? Even the employee agreed it was sour. No offer of refund and no other lactose free options. They said it was because they changed almond milk suppliers. Well change it back!!!! Won't be coming back even though it was my wife's favorite place :(

FROG is a Hollywood gem!! I stumbled across this spot and now I'm a regular (LoL) Best spot to satisfy a sweet tooth with the crazy amount of toppings. I love that they always have a vegan options and the staff is super helpful. SN - I've even had it delivery & was impressed with the portion size that came.

I'm never a complainer so doing this makes me upset :( I drive all the way from Santa Clarita for this frozen yogurt, but I guess I won't have to anymore. I LOVEDDDDD the vegan peanut butter froyo and I was so excited to get it today. But I was so disappointed because it tasted sour and expired!!! I told them just to give them a heads up and they basically said "oh sorry :( it's because of a new almond milk" and basically dismissed it. The employees even tried it and said it had a sour aftertaste. Looks like I'm gonna have to start making my own. They could have offered a refund, but it's okay.
