Our first day in LA and we were so hungry after our 10 hour flight. Trejo’s were open and welcoming at the door. We literally had the best Mexican food we ever had. Service was great too. We’re going back before we’re heading back home.
I attended an event last night that was catered by Trejo’s. What a treat! I have been to the location on Cahuenga before and was impressed. Now I can comment on their catering as well.The food was exceptional! I had a steak and a mushroom taco (I know mushrooms aren’t for everyone) and it was filling, flavorful and warm. I love Trejo's Cantina! Both the food and drinks here are so goooood! You can't go wrong with one of the margaritas but they also have a variety of well made and strong drinks. Plus a beer menu, too! Seating is at the bar or booths. There's usually only one or two waiters running around, but service is pretty quick. If you're a fan of Danny Trejo, you'll def love all the merch for sale.
