Why is the sushi bar here so empty??? The sushi is legit - really good!!! We mostly had sashimi and a couple rolls. Steak bites were good too! And Charles the sushi chef is the best!!!

Can't beat this happy hour. Tiki Drinks buy one get one free! Sushi is great quality and there is a fun hibachi situation in the back. My only beef is that they use Styrofoam for their to go containers so if you are eco-conscious, I suggest bringing your own or asking for tinfoil. not dog friendly.

LOVE THIS PLACE. RAMBO is the BEST. Service is amazing and everyone is so sweet and attentive. Rambo was so funny and you can tell every chef and all staff there really do enjoy their job and love socializing. Rambo went above and beyond! We took our daughter and it was her first time experiencing this. She fell in love with Rambo and his cooking. We will be back!! Thank you!!

We've been going here for years, but last night was by far the worst experience I've had in a restaurant. when we first arrived, they asked us if we wanted anything to drink half of the drinks we asked for they didn't have and they had zero beers on tap. I had to stand up three times to ask the waitress to bring me a drink and water! I was shorted food and the cook went back to ask for more scallops and the waitress came out and said she has it on camera that they gave us enough and I heard her say it out loud. The poor cook couldn't even cut a steak properly, and the food was extremely over salted! The entire experience from the moment we got there was bad! You can tell management or ownership has changed because this place is dead and it's usually pretty busy! Save yourself your $200 and go somewhere where you're guaranteed to have amazing service and quality food!

12/28/23 This was my second time here. Both early dinners. Last time I was here, we did the teppanyaki, but this time, we just sat at a regular table. It's a must to try both. The teppanyaki chef was very entertaining! Food was delicious. I believe my share was around $80. Looking at the menu, I'm sure I ordered the filet minot but we had many drinks that night so that explains it. All I remember was that the service/chef was amazing and the food was so delicious. Today's order was more simple. We ordered the shrimp tempura, Nigiri/sashimi special, and the Friki Tiki, which is crunchy roll topped with seared albacore and 2 bottles of Kikusui sake. Everything was simple but perfect. We made it on time for happy hour so the food items were a little cheaper. Parking lot is limited. I'm sure you can find a spot on the street. If you're using gps, slow down before you come up on the restaurant because it's on pch - a very busy highway. You might miss it! Overall, 10/10. Great food, great service and love the hole in the wall type of vibes. Will definitely be back to try all their other sushi's.

A great place for good food and entertainment. Ask for the risqué experience and you won't be disappointed.

The food was good. Came here for the first time to celebrate my 10th anniversary with my husband. The rest of the table we were seated with I guess were regulars. So they paid no attention to us. We spend good money to go out. And to drop $200 for 2 people. To get ignored because the rest of the table are regulars. Complete and utter bull shit. . I don't think I will ever come back. Kobe steakhouse is so much better.

This isn’t the typical teppan yaki experience. Not at all what I expected.

Great food and great service. Their weekly specials. Keep us coming back for more. We have taken many of our friends here and had a great time.

My friend recommended this place to me for the better part of a year. After eating there last night I can honestly say the sushi was fresh and tasty I went with the coveted Rainbow Roll & it didn't disappoint. My girlfriend & I were lead to the back to have dinner the place seemed clean & the servers were very welcoming. It was a little packed but the ambiance was great. I only had teppanyaki a couple times before but this was different the Chefs were amazing & we got noodles which was a first with my teppanyaki is was a delight. The vegetables the Filet Minion were amazing. My girlfriend enjoyed her food as well she went with Shrimp & Chicken & loved it. I highly recommend this place it was a great time & well worth the visit.

Very dirty place not sanitary. I’m surprised the health department leaves it open.

There are a few things wrong with this place. First it doesn't appear to be very clean (dimly lit so I'm judging by the smell). The sushi is average at best. Yellowtail did not seem fresh and I was served a California roll with completely hard unripe avocado in it. I'd rather they just leave the avocado out at that point. They post their hours as being open as of 4pm but I dropped in at 4:30 and they didn't seem remotely ready for service. None of the sushi cases had fish in them and the rice wasn't quite ready when they opened at 4 (I called in for takeout). Lastly the boss lady that appears to be running the place seems like a piece of work. I feel bad for the employees.
