Great local cafe that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The decor is a plethora of old movie posters, unique historical photos, beach, and surf props. Great for small groups or family's. The service was fast, the food is delicious, and nothing tasted frozen or precooked. Located right on PCH, parking is available, but limited. Great location. Good food. We sat in the very back of the restaurant, which is kinda cool. Parking is tight, but usually available. Lots of regulars and loans here. A unique restaurant in SoCal, with a beach vibe.

I love this place it's been so long since we came here. I was craving a delicious breakfast today so suggested Harbor House.
