This is my go-to Mexican restaurant and cantina when I'm in the Huntington Beach area. What can I say... Food is great, service is great, and the servers, bartenders and staff are great! They even have a small outside dining area, and the bar is awesome. I always meet friendly people there, and the bartenders are very knowledgeable, down-to-earth and cool.Kid-friendliness: I see families with kids there all the time, especially for birthdays and such.Parking: It's not the biggest parking lot, especially for the amount of traffic through that area, but if you wait a few minutes, even at peak hours, you will find someone leaving.Wheelchair accessibility: Seems to be handicap and wheelchair compliant.

Horrible! Don't recommend to anyone! Save your money not worth it. Food way to salty and so is the attitude of the girl cashier and manager Orlando. They messed up my order twice. And basically called me a liar. I will never EVER GO BACK!!! EVER

You basic kitchen sink Mexican. I have also eaten at their Lakewood and Long Beach locations. Your typical Mexican with fantastic salsa and chips

Love this place!! I come here for lunch occasionally. All of the people who work here are exceptionally kind and nice. They are on top of everything and are always there when you need anything before you even realize that you do. The ambiance is perfect for a quintessential Mexican Restaurant. I like sitting in the bar area as they have ~6+ TVs all playing something different to watch. The food is awesome!! So many choices. I love their rice and beans, scooped up with a cool broken chip with a little salsa and salt on top. The chips and salsa are complimentary and are awesome. The salsa is homemade with the perfect spicy bite. I always order #22: ground beef taco and enchilada. So very good. This will always be one of regular go to neighborhood Mexican restaurants. Go check it out!!

Love this spot. Great service and as always complimentary Chips and salsa. I came for a late lunch(330-4),so I don't remember if it was happy hour yet or if I missed any lunch specials. I had my drinks refilled without asking, and my food came within 10-15 minutes from when I ordered. Parking can be a little tricky but usually can get a spot. It's across PCH from the beach, but the view is blocked by a hotel. You also have the option of seating at a table inside, outdoor patio or a bar-which have a few tvs, in case a sporting event is going on,so pretty cool. Cost was about $15-20 per person and that's including the drinks. This is my new go to for burrito munchies now that Albertos has decided to over charge for less quality and bad attitudes from their staff. I'll drive the extra 10 miles for a better eating experience any day.

Food is wonderfulOrder the #25, #32 and anything else you want - it's all good. The customer service is truly outstanding. Come hungry, leave happy. Marco in the bar area was our server and he was better than you believe. Everything you'd expect from a night out.

The food is great and the service is soo much better than at the Fountain Valley location(probably why it closed). Will definitely come here again.

Have been to this place a few times throughout the years, and always enjoy the food, atmosphere and service. Family friendly, or go to have a drink and watch the game.

Very busy resturant. Servers are busy but food comes out at rather quickly. Sports on the TVs. Families, friends & dates all seem to be here. Ee easily found parking.

Their fajitas are the best I've ever had. They have this amazing seasoning mix that I haven't ever experienced anywhere else. Truly mouthwatering! Also their salsa is one for the books. It's my favorite Mexican restaurant. The quality, the service and the margaritas! Definitely try them out, you won't be disappointed!

Service was slow, despite being on a Tuesday afternoon, food was so so not excited, I ordered a burrito with shredded beef that missed the great marinated taste other joints have. It can be loud at times, people talkinc two tabless accross from each others. Parking is hard to find.Parking: Hard to find parking.

I don't know what 5 stars means to everyone else, but to me it means great food, excellent service and an environment I can't find fault with. Super Mex hit all the points. This is a casual dining place with inside and outside options and the decor is great. It was soothing and didn't have every kitschy item that screams Mexico on the walls. From the chips and salsa to my meal, every thing was perfect. My waiter helped me with my Spanish and I was grateful for his patience. He was on the ball keeping my glass full and me updated on my food. This place is right on PCH and across from Bolsa Chica State Beach. Come in for a laid back experience with really good food!

This Super Mex is even better than the one that closed in Fountain Valley. The food is Great and the service was Fantastic. It's way bigger inside than it looks from the outside. We went Friday night around 6 and it was packed but they had plenty of servers to take care of everyone. The food came to us piping hot and their sauces and salsa is the best anywhere. I left a 30% tip! Super!

This is my first time at this location, and we sat on the covered patio to enjoy the ocean breeze. The homemade chips and salsa were delicious. The food is a great example of the standard SoCal Mexican street fare. They have 20 taps of beer with many craft styles including a few from local breweries. They are known for their large "SuperMex" burritos which are covered in rich flavorful homemade red or green sauce. This time I got the chicken enchilada with rice and beans from the "light" menu. The whole beans were especially flavorful this visit.
