I went through the drive-through the customer service was horrible the girl sounds like she couldn’t be bothered with anything. She kept cutting me out when I tried to talk. My shredded beef, grilled cheese, dipping taco was made wrong. It was made on a crunchy taco shell instead of the way it should’ve been made. I feel like I was ripped off.
Terrible customer service at drive through. The girl spoke to me as if I was bothering herI was rudely interrupted several times while trying to give my order. They did not make the grilled cheese shredded beef dipping taco right either. The used the wrong shell and it barely had any meat in it.

We chose to dine in. They had a clean lobby. The biggest downfall for me was the ordering process. We were told that only kiosk ordering was available. I had questions about a new item to me. No personal interaction with employees. If I wanted a no contact experience, I would have gone through the drive-thru. Heck, I probably could have had my questions answered if I did choose drive-thru.
