The McDonald’s in Imperial Beach has the worst service ever! Had my whole breakfast order canceled and we ordered with 20 minutes to spare before the end of breakfast (11am). We ordered inside the restaurant and grabbed a number and had seat. Our food was never brought over to us. Emma,our counter server,was very rude after I told her our food was dine-in. She bagged it up and told us “we dont do that here.” Don’t expect great service here!
So....what's going on with the soda fountain area , blocked off , no longer self-serve ? , pretty soon, there will be AI's in the restaurants , felt cold and not welcoming , oh ! and why are the soda cups a see-through plastic ? For sure, these cups are NOT biodegradable , come on , McDonalds get with the program , RECYCLE , RECYCLE , RECYCLE
