“We had the privilege of being served by Jordan and he was fabulous. Jordan recommended the Chicken Valdestano and it was perfect. My wife had the Mediterranean salad with a Super Tuscan wine. We finished with the lava cake and it was superb. This is a great Italian restaurant in IB that you don't want to miss!!”

“What a great location with the lights sparkling around the bay! I had the onion rings (huge and crispy!) And the chicken quinoa bowl that was delicious! Each item in the bowl had been seasoned to be an individual flavor but they all worked well together in the dish. I will absolutely order it again.Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian version of the excellent chicken bowl I had.”

“I was going to say that these are the best burgers in Imperial Beach, but that doesn't go nearly far enough, these are in the top burgers in San Diego, period. I wait until I've been to a place at least 3 times before leaving a review and it's so nice to leave a 5-star review when it's so we'll earned. I've eaten there and I've taken them home and they nail the same rating every time. My favorite burger is Al's burger exactly at it comes. They offer 1/4 lbs and 1/2 lbs burgers and they nail the temperature, every time, I order them medium rare. Their staff is so attentive, welcoming and in the best mood and it's infectious. The shakes are absolutely delicious as well. I've only had a few of their burgers and shakes, so I'll be happy to review again when I'm able to order something other than their delicious burgers, it might never happen. Keep up the amazing work!Parking: There is plenty of free parking in the lot.”

“The employee working the drive thru was super nice and polite, and easy going with a smile, love the energy she had and the Banana split was awesome and she knows why and it's the only thing we ordered, DELICIOUS BANANA SPLIT!! In the rest of this review there were no optionsAnyway , I didn't get a pic because I was eating it Nextit was drive thru take out orderI got a banana split and I can recommend it .”

“The Chicken Wings ..!!!Need we say more!!! They are Amazing…The Mahi Mahi tacos are loaded with flavor. The burgers are big , flavorful and not overwhelming. Their selection of beers on tap are exactly what you will be looking for. Right across the street from the IB pier (about 100 yards ) with patio seating that looks out to the beach. The staff is super friendly. It’s self seating. Don’t forget to purchase one of their famous shirts on the way out….Kid-friendliness: My Kids Love this place !!!”

“During a recent business trip, I stumbled upon Brigantine while searching for nearby dining options. Situated conveniently close to my hotel, I was intrigued by the menu offerings. What started as a casual dinner plan turned into a delightful two-night dining experience.On the first night, I savored the grilled swordfish tacos, which were nothing short of fantastic. The fish was impeccably cooked and harmonized beautifully with the fresh ingredients and flavorful sauce in the taco.Returning the following evening, I indulged in the miso glazed grilled salmon, resting on a bed of sautéed veggies and puréed cauliflower. Each bite was simply sublime--I even contemplated seconds! Both dishes were presented with an artistic flair, matching the delightful service provided by the staff.The restaurant boasts a charming patio, complete with heaters that added warmth to both body and soul. Brigantine in Imperial Beach is undoubtedly a gem of an establishment. I left eagerly anticipating my next visit, eager to explore more of their enticing menu offerings. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience!”

“Love this place! The hole in the wall spots are always the best! I don't know if they changed the recipe for their Hennessy chicken wings but the first time we had them they were AMAZING the next time they tasted like honey mustard wasn't a fan. The servings are extremely large so bring your appetite! Pineapple Lemonade diabetes in a glass but freaking DELICIOUS. Next time I will make a point to save room for dessert!”

“Service was good. Prices were reasonable. Decor was fun. My teriyaki chicken with rice was good. My daughter ate all of her chicken teriyaki bowl. My wife’s teriyaki steak was burnt, though. We sent it back (they actually just left the first one at our table). The second one was almost as bad. The server noticed and took that dish off of our bill without us asking (which was nice). Stay away from the steak and you’ll be fine. We would go back, so please don’t take this as a negative review.”

“Although I LOVE their shakes and teas, I think the owners and employees is what makes this place a local gem. They are kind, personable, IB locals and overall love what they do. Yes, they offer food and drinks as a healthier meal replacement but they also are committed to making their community thrive for the better. Their business is welcoming as they have couches, games, foosball and pictures of their clients that have loss weight due to their products. I love stopping by and supporting them.”

“Ordered takeout to my hotel. Food arrived very quickly via Uber eats and was delicious. I ordered Chicken Pad Thai with veggies. I wanted a hint of spice so I only picked 1/10, but it was more like a 4/10 or so. Next time I will order no spice. But all and all I really liked it. The mango sticky rice was also amazing!”

“Holy shit, the BEST BURGER ever delivered!! The flavor components of all the ingredients meld perfectly, FANTASTIC burger. Great job!! I will definitely gain weight the month I will be staying in IB but my taste buds will be happy. Oh and the jalapeño poppers are excellent!!”

“Hubs and I are visiting from Wyoming on our honeymoon. We came to the Tin Fish on our first and last night in San Diego. I would have left 5 stars but both times that we visited they were out of the lobster Mac n cheese. However, the clam chowder in the bread bowl was absolutely amazing both times I had it. My husband had a cheese burger with the crinkle fries and again, both times, fantastic! It's a small but man do they make some darn good food!Thank you for making a part of our vacation memorable ❤️”
