Staff here were very understanding and willing to accommodate to my issues I had at the broadway location. Manager Ayida was great at hearing me out and willing to continue my order at this location instead. Other employees were very positive, and fast pace. This is usually my to go wing stop. I placed an order on June 7th of this year through the mobile app for it to be delivered to my house and i did not receive my beverage. I asked for a refund called and the lady gave me her phone number to send her my order. I still have not received my refund to this day. I messaged her saying its been longer than 3-5 business days.
