My experience today at this branch was bad. I asked for something to pick up in the parking lot and I was waiting and waiting and it didn't arrive when I entered. They told me that they didn't have much work but not many people looked at me. My question is why do they have parking service if you have one? What to pick up? If I don't go in, they leave me waiting outside, disrespect for me.

Marco, the tall guy, was an excellent worker. The employees would see me and still act like I don’t exist, but he will pass by and ask if customers have been helped. Always with a smile when helping out a customer. Amazing attitude with patience
