They undestaff this location. The food quality suffers because they literally had one employee working the dining room AND the drive through. That employee needs a raise and help. Seriously.

My experience today at this branch was bad. I asked for something to pick up in the parking lot and I was waiting and waiting and it didn't arrive when I entered. They told me that they didn't have much work but not many people looked at me. My question is why do they have parking service if you have one? What to pick up? If I don't go in, they leave me waiting outside, disrespect for me.
