Love Chipotle! But tonight was the WORST! Tall guy scooping rice/beans at 7:35PM Friday, too lazy to fill his rice and vegetables trays, instead just shorted my meal, he didn't even care! If he's scooping, I recommend walking out!

First timer yesterday. Wasn't too tough to figure their food procedure. Got the burrito: beef barbacoa and the works...with guacamole @$2 extra. So for over $14 I got 1 burrito. Could have had it in a bowl also. Soda bar with plastic utensils and napkins. Spillage on the floor. Conclusion: Boy did we love it! Split it w hubby and yes we will be regulars for their really good burrito (we bring knife and forks plus trays so we can eat in our car) -- yep, that's how we roll!Wheelchair accessibility: No problem

We're so excited to have the New Chipotle by our home. We have been there 3 times now and are very disappointed. There are always plenty of staff there but all three times we went around 6:30 PM the place was a dirty mess. The drink station had trash around it and ice everywhere,out of tea. My husband likes Coke Zero and two of the three times they were out. It was hard to find a clean table even though we were the only ones in there. Trash cans full. The floors had napkins, food everywhere. We picked up a salt shaker that was on the ground that a person used their foot to get it out from under a table and we gave it to a staff member who was getting a drink telling him it was on the ground. The staff member put it back on the rack! I think we will have to drive to La Quinta Chipotle a longer drive but it is cleaner.

Chipotle chipotle..... starving your employees ? Letting them eat the food scraps leftover at the end of the day? If not then explain to me why this girl chooses to serve rationed portions as if we're eating off her plate. Some serve it great, but I come here daily and instant regret when I see this girl serving my bowl I know my money getting zapped on a JR bowl. but why not teach a reasonable ass serving to everyone, or if you don't have the common sense to serve people generously... y'all can finish the thought

Wow Emily at the register tried to over charge both of my items as "double" meat. Luckily I was watching. After I told her she started to open my bowl up with her gloveless dirty hands. Her attitude was horrible when I mentioned I was being overcharged. I asked for dressing after and she yelled down the line for dressing instead of taking 8 steps to grab it. So sad to see such a horrible worker in a business I was once part of at another location. You should be ashamed of yourself Emily!

Went in thinking I was bout to grub on my food but damn smh left disappointed with the customer service asked them 3 times for a kids meal apart from the two bowls I was ordering plus I told them I would wait for the veggies but didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted to add more stuff to my bowls then when the veggies came out they closed my bowls without asking me what other sides I wanted and still no kids meals while them pushing me to the register and then when I told them I wasn’t done with my bowls I wanted basically everything on them still they caught an attitude except for the cashier she was nice and very apologetic didn’t catch her name tho then I get home and myself and my spouse both were very unhappy because the rice wasn’t even cooked fully we were literally crunching on the rice and beans smh like what how can we enjoy that when that’s what we were really looking forward to smh so disgusting and unsatisfying.

We just ordered two burrito bowls with chicken and steak and both bowls didn't have chicken nor steak. Last time I'll be coming to this chipotle by Jackson st Indio.
Horrible service!! And the manager Karime was the worst! I don’t understand how someone with the worst customer service is a manager here. Never again! We live close and used to go all the time. They lost our business.

I went today and the rice on my bowl was very dry that it hurt my tooth. I told them about it and they said sorry and that there was nothing they could do. I should've demanded my money back.
