So I came in through drive thru I unfortunately didn't ask for the gentleman's name because I felt that was a bit weird but he was working night maybe 8 or 9pm and he was SO professional. His customer service was on point I know fast food is rough but his attitude was contagious very bubbly guy hope he's being treated well by Jack in the box! Food was fine it wasn't cold got our order 100% right even made sure we had napkins something a lot of spots seem to forget

The value meal is now a struggle meal menu! The so-called grilled cheese sandwich is one piece of cheese on 2 small bottoms of a hamburger bun! They have doubled the price on most everything on the value menu. all the burgers have gotten smaller but the prices are higher.
Service is alwsys slow. Its no one inside and still slow the drive thru is empty and its still slow... Might as well close it down

Cashier/Customer Service was GREAT...The wait for our order was over 25 minutes & had to bring it to the Manager on duty in order to obtain our order. Guess drive thru takes PRIORITY over guest who walk in. That is so wrong!!! Fact when brought to Manager attention SHE had a Disgusting look on her face & Attitude for me even speaking up. PLEEEEEASE Retrain her for the good of YOUR CUSTOMERS. OVER ALL EXPERIENCE ???????????????????
