What a gem this place is! There is no parking lot, but there is a good amount of street parking on the block, just make sure to check the signs because it might be two hour parking depending on the time and day. Decor inside of the establishment is interesting to say the least, but it's kind of a vibe to be honest. Just visited for the very first time and the place is lovely and lively! Perfect for meeting with friends or family and also for sitting and reading a book. Everyone is so friendly. The tea and waffles are amazingly good. Will definitely return.
