Good afternoon to the guy at the restaurant, let me tell you to the women who serve that they look like a gifted one asking them for ugly bad service ???

I’m a disabled veteran with a prostate condition that requires me to use the restroom often. I came to dine in and when I asked the cashier if I could use the bathroom, she told me to go ahead and went to the back and a man and his son were coming out of the restroom and when I was going to go in, I was told that I could not use the bathroom and that it could only be used by children and that the health department had cleared for that rule. All the chairs and tables were taken and there were over 12 in line standing up for a total of over 25 customers. For this many customers, a restroom should be available. I am visiting for the weekend and I believe that the rule is unfair and not customer friendly. The name of the person that denied me the use of the bathroom is Marlene in the back of the kitchen.

I have always bought my cakes from you, we love them, but this time I received terrible service on two occasions. They did not want to make me a half-iron cake because because they did not have fruit, they told me that they could not make me a cake of that size that they could only sell me a small cake .

Worst dining experience, waited so long for my food over an hour.Be ready to wait a long time when you are ready to go there.I stopped going for the same reason, i tried to give it another chance but it just got worse.Check for other Guatemalan restaurants options if you don’t want to have a bad experience.Not recommended at all
If you’re in a hurry or looking for good food you’re in the wrong place. Very Bad customer service , long wait times, was here for 45 mins various customer trying to leave or get refunded while cashier is on her cellphone not a good atmosphere especially when it’s filled with unhappy customers.

I’m absolutely disappointed on how much this place has changed. It used to be an authentic Guatemalan place with traditional recipes to their bread and food. I was told recently that the ownership had changed and is now under Mexican management. I absolutely love Mexican cuisine but not when it comes to changing the flavors that our traditional Guatemalan dishes have. I got bread from the shop today and my whole family commented on how the flavor had changed. It’s sad that it doesn’t the distinct taste it used to have.
