I’m absolutely disappointed on how much this place has changed. It used to be an authentic Guatemalan place with traditional recipes to their bread and food. I was told recently that the ownership had changed and is now under Mexican management. I absolutely love Mexican cuisine but not when it comes to changing the flavors that our traditional Guatemalan dishes have. Takes them 30 minutes to make hard boiled eggs. And the next day,it takes them 45 minutes for 5 Shucos. People that came after me left and more came and my food was not ready. Spoke to the manager to be told sorry we didnt have 1 ingredient and had to go ge it. Comunicación is key.

If you’re in a hurry or looking for good food you’re in the wrong place. Very Bad customer service , long wait times, was here for 45 mins various customer trying to leave or get refunded while cashier is on her cellphone not a good atmosphere especially when it’s filled with unhappy customers.
