On 4/14/24 my husband after getting off of work asked me what was we eating for dinner and I said Wingstop on Manchester and 3rd. We enjoy this Wingstop because the staff is professional, their cook is attentive and the atmosphere is welcoming.My husband had brain surgery so we must be careful where we patronize, so far this establishment has been on point! I will definitely recommend them to others. Kudos to the employees at this establishment. Jade answered the phone and took our order and she was very pleasant and professional to the point that I had to give her props before I completed my order. Very satisfied customers!!!!

Some times it’s really fun with certain cashiers, very welcoming. Food hot all the time I love.Parking: There about 20 spaces in lot to park.Wheelchair accessibility: I noticed they do have a space for wheelchair to roll up and roll in.

Didn't take my order right. I called. They don't answer. I called 6 times. I finally got through. I talked to the Mgr. She was combative. Her name is Maria. She would only replace my order if I brought it back, which I don't live close. Asked who was her superior, she lied and said she was. Over all bad experience

I ordered a lemon pepper sandwich combo with a 6 piece wing garlic parm/Louisiana rub. I came at 943 received my order like 15 min later. I got home around 1015. Upon opening my bag my chicken sandwich WAS NOT inside my back. I called the location several different times and sat in que for about 10-12 minutes each time for them to NOT ANSWER. It hit 1101p and now the machine says we're closed. I was upset about my food but more irritated at the fact they wouldn't answer the phone. I have my call log. I call the next day and they said they would only replace my sandwich. Personally I feel they should remake the whole thing being they play with answering the phone where I could have had my meal together. I could have went closer to my house. But this location is always missing stuff. Bad experience and still unresolved

Ordered delivery. Never got it. Door Dash driver called me from the store and said they had no record of it, despite he and I BOTH had a confirmation number. No one at the store answered the phone when I called; it just rang and rang.I was charged $47. Never got the food and never got a refund. F**K this place a million x over.

I placed an order with this wing stop on Friday evening at approximately 7:20pm. After arriving to pick up order at 7:55pm, my order was supposed to be well done. I picked it up and went home . Upon arriving back home, and opened my order, as I requested my wings were not well done, but drenched in oil. Since I only live 7 minutes away, I tried to call them back, no answer 3 times. So I walked. I explained to the teamlead Darrin, and he agrees to re-cook my chicken and fries. After waiting another 15 minutes, another young lady handed me my chicken with no bag nor the fries. I had to ask for my fries , and a bag. After arriving back home a second time I open, and this time chicken is still not cooked well done, and the fries were over cooked. I go back a second time, and ask Devon the teamlead, and he says he can’t give me a refund because it was done online…..After spending &25, and coming back twice, I left with nothing. The Customer Service in this location is Horrible. The Staff is unprofessional, and need to be trained. Your team leads are not leads, they no nothing, and need retraining also. This is not the 1st time I have had a bad experience at this Wing-Stop. No one should settle for this type of customer service. I live 6-7 minutes from this Wing Stop, And I will not patronize this establishment anymore. I will Yelp, and call the corporate office. This is unacceptable.

Very bad customer service, waiting to place order, another couple comes in after me, instead of taking my order first, they took theirs instead, I was very upset and walked out. Never been so embarrassed.They don't even deserve 1 star
