Small cute coffee shop with a lot of parking and seating around. I ordered the avocado toast and an original Vietnamese iced coffee. The avocado was green and fresh. Good amount of avocado throughout the bread. The coffee was good and strong. Only thing it was just FULL OF ICE lol. I Paid $17.75 for both items. Will probably request LIGHT ice next time. Only lasted a few sips since it was mostly ICE. Besides that everything was great.
What an incredible little coffee stand. Just a few dudes in a shack pumping out what people need with a smile on their face. This place is awesome, the staff is so friendly and really care about their customers. They serve the college and make it a point to learn names and become a familiar face to stop and say hi to. Plus, it's delicious!

Small coffee shop located in a shipping container in the corporate building area. The matcha was great. I got it half sweetened with almond milk which was the perfect ratio. At around 8am on a Monday the wait was only about 10 minutes.
