Been coming to this location for some time and I was never very impressed. I must say that the new supervisor (James) has really made a positive impression on me. He is so attentive, knowledgeable and seems do really care about the customers.
I’m overall very disappointed with my experience at Starbucks today. This is my go to Starbucks and always have a nice and easy time with some of the lovely ladies who have taken my order in the past.However, today I was in the drive thru for about 20min which would be alright cause I knew it looked busy when I entered the queue.
