We came for lunch and it's my first time to this restaurant. The waiters are very friendly with good services. We ordered many different kinds of noodles to try and they are all very Tasty. My favorite is the braised beef flat noodles. The side dishes are also very yummy. The restaurant is clean and bright. Will come back again with my friends.

Absolute Trash restaurant! DO NOT order delivery from this restaurant. I ordered just a noodle and lamb skewers. They forgot to deliver the lamb skewers to me, which means 1/2 of the order was missing! After I have founded the problem, I tried to call them more than 5 times, no one was answering the phone, even the voicemail was full and cannot leave messages.

You can't go wrong with the soup noodles or lamb skewers here. Prices are pretty good too. The portion sizes here are great. Service is quick and good. We ended up going here two days in a row. All in all, very good.

The signature Lanzhou beef thick noodles were just okay. The spice level could have been higher. The chili oil was not strong. The noodles were good, but the flavor of the broth was kind of lacking. The lamb skewer was a bit tough, but the flavor was decent. The service isn't too great. They make it seem like you are bothering them if you ask the server for napkins.

Finally got the chance to try out this Chinese restaurant I've been eyeing for a while. The ambiance is decent with ample seating, and the unique ordering system via QR code on the table adds a modern touch. We opted for the cumin lamb skewers and the chicken skewers. While the lamb skewers were flavorful, they were a bit tough. The chicken skewers, although tasty, consisted mostly of chicken tendons, which I personally wasn't fond of. We also ordered the cumin lamb fried rice, which was decent but lacked depth of flavor and was a bit bland for my taste. Additionally, the meat quantity was lacking, and the dish was a tad oily. However, the prices were very reasonable and matched the portion sizes. Overall, if you're looking to explore Chinese cuisine in Diamond Jamboree, this place is worth a try, especially considering their wide variety of menu options.

This restaurant is located in the corner of the Diamond Jamboree strip mall. You order off the QR code on the table and the food comes out pretty quickly. We had ordered the sweet and sour pork ribs, veggie stir fried noodles, pork pita burger with and without peppers, and the original beef noodles. My favorite dish was the veggie stir fried noodles. The noodles are really good as they are hand pulled noodles and they have a great wok hei flavor. The sweet and sour pork ribs were tender and more sweet than they were sour. They had an artificial looking red color to them which was slightly unappetizing. The beef noodles also had hand pulled noodles and you could specify the thickness which was nice. The beef was on the tougher side and broth was a little too salty. The pork pita burgers were good, the meat was tender and the peppers gave them a nice crunch. If you don't like interacting with people, this is the place for you. You can order off your phone and pay from your phone without even needing to talk to any of the staff. The tables are already preset with silverware and napkins. I would go back for the stir fried noodles and the pork pita burger.

A Chinese style restaurant specialized in handmade noodles. It has a reasonable size dining area with an attached private room for parties. It was not very busy on a Friday at around 1:30 pm. Their famous hand made noodles come in different thickness you can choose from. The noodle soup we ordered was the thinner variety (like Angels hair) and was very good except the soup base was a bit on the salty side. The pan fried noodle was of the thicker kind and was just so so, but the favoring was great and not salty at all. The sweet and sour spare rib came piping hot and tasty with lots of gravy. The meat stuffed house made flat breads were OK. Both prices and serving portions are reasonable. Overall not exceptional but not bad.

Decided to check this place out while exploring this section of the mall. It was mostly empty when we went, so we got seated quickly and service was quick. The food here was alright and the meat was not too chewy. Broth may have been a bit too salty. The prices were not too bad and the portion sizes were decent.

Food Taste - 3 Stars. Average Chinese cuisine. Food Quality - 2 Stars. Much of it came out COLD (for hot dishes). Atmosphere and Surroundings - 3 Stars. The interior design was alright, but the music choice was terrible. It was difficult to enjoy our food when loud rap (contains swearing) was blasting. Service - 3 Stars. Not exceptional, not terrible.

I ordered three cold dishes. Very little vegan option, I ask to change the meat to veg in the noodle they ignored it. Gut feels uncomfortable after eat, and head get a little dizzy and grossing. maybe it’s too oily, or too much garlic. Maybe I am allergic on coldness? I can’t tell what’s wrong! Just would not like to recommend this place.

Just walked in on a Friday night. Ordered the kelp salad, potato salad ,cabbage salad , chicken skewers , garlic bok choy ( wanted spicy and garlic, but had to choose one or the other) and Dun Huang Shaozi Noodle. All dishes good, and as simple as the bok choy is it stood out as best dish. Although listed as mild spicy none were at all spicy. Will return and see if they will bump up the heat. Now for the 3 star rating for service. No wait, not particularly busy, but our server went to other tables seated after us to get their order. Had to work hard to get attention for the check and to get him to pickup the credit card.
