All the workers seemed annoyed and bothered and all the coffee was ice cold at 1230 in the afternoon

The energy at this location needs a face lift. The last three times I’ve gone in and order my breakfast the employees attitudes have been less than par. No one wants to start their days with crabby teenagers.

A really delicious bagel restaurant!! Menus made with bagels are delicious, as are cream cheeses of various flavors. On my Nth visit.

I'm not sure if it's the manager or someone from corporate but this one blonde guy had a serious attitude problem and was not only rude to myself but rude to other customers infront of me and to the workers. I felt awful for the employees having to spend their Saturday walking on eggshells.

The service here was absolutely horrible today. First, I ordered an assorted box of bagels, but the manager packaged it himself. I told him that I wanted to choose which bagels I wanted, and the manager glared at me, as if I had done wrong. Then, I put my orange juice on the counter to pay, and the cashier rang it up. But, the manager kept asking if I had paid for it. He was extremely rude when he talked to me. Even when I asked for a drink carrier, he told me I had to go all the way back in line, where there were around 10 other people. Finally, I walked outside but the manager STILL followed me. He asked again, rudely, if I had paid for the juice. I told once again, that I had. I went back inside after putting my stuff down, then talked to the manager about his rude service towards me. However, he wouldn’t even say “sorry” and just kept repeating “your right, your right, you paid” in an exasperated voice. If he had at least apologized, I would've been okay.I am extremely disappointed with the terrible and rude service here, and I will not be coming back.

I need a direct phone number for Raymond's manager. If he was rude and aggressive towards me, I can move along, but he was abusing the employees verbally in front of guests - imagine what he does/says when no customers are there. I'll continue to spread the word about his actions unless action is taken by Einstein corporate. No company wants a culture like that - your employees will continue to quit and indirectly provide bad service to customers. Provide a direct phone number.

We are talking about bagels here. It does not take a brain surgeon to know how to make fresh, tasty bagels... don't forget the cream cheese if a clients order cream cheese in their bagel... cut some fresh tomatoes, don't just drop a slice or two of lettuce if your client did not order it...and most important have some customer service attitude. Don't give your client a hard time because you forgot to write down in the wrapper which bagel had light cream cheese or regular cream cheese.... Have some pride in your work!UPDATE on review. And as you can see, I AM the one that has to do ALL the work in contacting them and updating my review if I got them to fix THEIR issues.... What happened to "pass by the store and we'll make it right"?? That would be they would have to do something on their part to fix things.... but they are hopping that by "contact us and we'll see what will do" reply the client will forget about it... No Sirs. I will not forget and I certainly hope others will learn from this at least.

Bagels are good. Service is the world's worst with a manager who was extremely rude to me accusing me of cursing at his employee on the phone when I did no such thing. I was actually trying to find out if I ordered online would I be able to get 13 onion bagels. The young woman on the other side of the phone thought I was trying to order on the phone. Although I said I didn't need to do that and just wanted information, she then said that she could take the order. When I got there, the manager came out and chewed me out for using verbal abuse with his employee. (still have no idea what I said that was wrong) and gave me his card to deal with him only. He actually gave me these bagels gratis, which I was more than willing to be pay for. He was so rude and awful, I really should have left the bagels there.

We went to the shop off Harvard in Irvine. Our breakfast bagels were awesome. My friend had egg and cheese on toasted honey wheat. I had Texas brisket with cheese and egg on same, double toasted. The coffee was outstanding. I love when you can mix different types and even add hot water if you like your coffee weaker. Service was quick at 11:30. Great outdoor seating as well as indoor. Clean, bright, cafe. Will return!

Their bagels are always fresh, soft on the inside and have that perfectly crunchy exterior.
