We went to the shop off Harvard in Irvine. Our breakfast bagels were awesome. My friend had egg and cheese on toasted honey wheat. I had Texas brisket with cheese and egg on same, double toasted. The coffee was outstanding. I love when you can mix different types and even add hot water if you like your coffee weaker. Service was quick at 11:30. Great outdoor seating as well as indoor. Clean, bright, cafe. Will return!
I come here pretty often and there's a new employee who's been working I'm assuming for about a month or so and he's so awesome and helpful. He said his name is dijon or dijan I'm not sure how its spelt but he's a super nice individual.
