I wanted to love my strawberry Bavarian cream cronut--I ate half with a smile & then was absolutely mortified when my knife pulled thru (yes I was savoring every little bite with knife & fork) a dead silverfish. Now, I am feeling very sick to my stomach. I tried contacting the shop & got no answer. I am throwing this one & the rest of my purchases out now. I wanted to add pictures, but not finding the option here to add them, cut/paste didn'twork to add. So gross.

I placed an order last night for pick up today. After I made all my selections (wide array of items), I paid and then asked for a 5am pick up time since I had to drive to LA for an early meeting. They were hesitant since they open at 5am but then assured me everything would be ready. When I got to Mag's Donuts this morning just after 5am, my order was ready! All my co-workers raved about the cronuts! They loved all of them: Nutella, glazed, strawberry with whipped cream, and strawberry with custard. We couldn't decide which was the best! Other people liked the chocolate old fashioned donuts as well as the glazed and chocolate glazed twists. Mag's Donuts pulled through with the early pick up and delish donuts/cronuts!! Thank you!!

Staff is not up for questions and seem very uninterested in being helpful. Make sure you know exactly what you want when ordering. Coffee goes great with donuts but it's not their specialty so don't expect too much.

Mag's is located in the WalMart plaza with plenty of parking. I've visited a few times and have walked out pleased every single time. Customer service is attentive. The bakery has a few indoor and outdoor tables. It's not aesthetically magical, it's your average mom and pop donut spot. Love their menu! Love that they offer sandwiches. Their donuts hit the spot every time! My only wish is that they included home made lattes.

Went there about a week ago and will NEVER go there again. The older man who works there was rude and gave me the wrong donuts....plus they were stale. Totally not worth the price!

Donuts were unfortunately quite stale. The cronut was not crisp at all - it was weirdly soft. I didn't like that the bacon on the maple bacon cronut was sugared/caramelized because it was way too much sweet on sweet. The old fashioned was overly dry. Nice location but the donuts were unfortunately not very good. The service was also kinda awkward uncomfortable. Maybe the donuts weren't so great because it was later in the day but I don't think that should justify serving stale goods to paying customers.

I would say 2.5/5 at best. The cake and old fashioned donuts were extremely dry with a subtle stale taste. The glazed cronut was pretty good but the maple bacon also tasted old. I guess it's harder for chains to keep up on quality. I also think the prices are way too high. $5.75 for a cronut. Cmon now! Service was not very friendly either. I will stick to the mom and pop donut shops.

Inefficient. I've tried this place twice and left disappointed each time. Last week I stopped and ordered bagel, toasted w cream cheese. I was the only person in there, and it took unusually long for one toasted bagel. I got to work and realized it had never been toasted. Just a cold bagel w cream cheese. Today was busy. Waited in line for about 5-10 min at the case. Ordered a breakfast sandwich. The girl didn't tell anyone or go to prepare it. Just said "ok" and went on the next person. Waited AGAIN about 5 min in in line to pay. Same girl at register eady to charge me $12.50 (ridiculous) and no one even started preparing my order. No thanks.

The service is quick and the worker is nice and gave me and my family extra donuts for free. All of the donuts there is fluffy and delicious in its own way. Even though there is frosting on donuts it still has well balanced sweetness and it full of rich flavor. And the old fashioned donuts aren't greasy. We will come back. It is very rare to have great tasting donuts in the afternoon but I can honestly say that Mag's donuts are amazing all day long. We were in the area and had Mag's donuts for the first time. I still can't stop raving about them. Fresh and delicious even the next day

Everyone is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast burritos are really worth the money. My favorite doughnut of course the custard filled one, but the other ones are also really good. Why I like about this place is that the ? are fresh and they have a good variety to select from..

I was excited to try this place for their jelly donuts. For Hanukkah, they are a must have for dessert. Went there in person, ordered 8 plain donuts with raspberry filling in advance. After dinner I served them and my guests and I were shocked and saddened when we took our first bites. Three of the eight were lemon filled! The "raspberry" filled ones were horrible as they were a gelatinous mess of artificial ingredients. I had children at my dinner and it was difficult for their parents to not let them eat it. I was totally embarrassed. I will be contacting the manager to complain. Customer beware.
