Was here a couple of nights ago and I was shocked to see their employee kicked us out as customers from the store in a very rude manner. They could have done better, other employees looks shocked too with their coworkers attitude.

To the owner pls I have to talk to you seriously. We were harassed by the manager tonight and was near assault to my husband. Mu husband bought food here and I bought food from the outside. I ate the food inside unaware of the policy posted on your door. A girl staff approached me and asked me politely. While chewing the last bit of whats left in my mouth 30 secs passed the manager approached us. He is the only one wearing black and he started harrassing us behind the counter asking me to stop eating and leave. My husband had to stop him from being rude and just to let me finish the food in my mouth, but he kept going. I said cant you see Im already covering my food and trying to swallow the food in mouth. Youre coworker approached us in a professional manner while you are being rude to us. He offerred to refund our money but he wont stop talking and would not even let me explain. I said I had no plan to continue eating. I stopped eating my food, and you wont even let me finish and was asking me to stand up and leave. He treated us like we are toddlers trying to vandal the store. I wll file a formal complaint. I will see you in court.

This place was super intimidating to me. Such foreign concoctions for dessert and yet so delightful and fun! I got the Q Mochi milk shaved ice this time. Taro balls, melon, jelly, creamy vanilla ice cream, on shaved ice. Last time it was a bowl. Both really flavorful and unique. Funny how i feel healthy and light eating dessert. It's a casual place with walk up counter, and plenty of seating. I recommend for a sweet tooth yet light and enjoyable dessert.

Their icy grass jelly signature is one of my favorites. They have many really delicious Taiwanese dessert choices, so there's something for everyone. I wish they would figure out their operations because the line is always so long and they started forcing people to order from the kiosk which is not super intuitive if you are trying to earn or use their rewards.

I love meet fresh. I've been to meet fresh a number of times and have tried a decent number of things on their menu. I will admit that not everything on their menu is amazing but certain items just hit the spot. I recommend the Icy Grass Jelly Signature bowl. The ice is flavorful and the jelly is a perfect amount of not too sweet and refreshing. My favorite add-ons are the taro balls (included in the Icy Grass Jelly signature bowl) and the Q mochi sticks.

Came here on a Sunday evening. Ordered the mochi milk shaved ice. Wasn't really thinking about it and ordered a large to share with my husband and son. It was huge, lol. A medium would have been sufficient. The shaved ice was delicious. The variety of mochi was nice. Some had black sesame or taro filling inside. A few were milk or black sugar flavored. All of it was soft and just the right amount of chewiness. The only issue I had was that they need to update their menu to make it clear that they don't do bubble waffle on the weekends (I get it, the wait time would be horrendous). Also don't post season items on your permanent menu as again it made my kid sad that they didn't have something listed on the menu. It is difficult to explain to a 4 year old why the item on the menu is not being served. It looks like the menu is digital so this isn't that hard of an ask.

Got the hot grassy jelly combo C. It was very okay. Basically sugary water with various textured balls that all taste the same. But that is basically what it is so I can't really complain.

2 employees for this amount of traffic is not fair to them at all. There is a sign at the register that mentions the labor shortage and needing to order at the kiosk - the owners should probably hire more staff and pay them properly since they seem to be aware of their issues.

This absolutely the worst location ever for meet fresh, why have only 2 people working in the front when there's a line full of people with one machine to take orders. Orders took around 20-30 minutes and this was one of the most disappointing dessert I've ever tried, the mochi was so underwhelming and okay. The boba was DISGUSTING, literally just water and boba you can't taste anything at all I threw it away after 3 sips, such a waste of money never get drinks here it's always disappointing. The ice grass jelly is average you literally can just make this at home. Never coming to this location again nor any meet fresh, hopefully the owners see every single bad review coming in and change their system in this store.

We got the grass jelly ice and although it was good. It took way too long for them to prepare. We waited almost 30 minutes and there was barely anybody working. You order through the kiosk, since there's no one manning the front. It just seems lifeless when you walk in. Definitely made the place not as inviting. The mochi was mediocre and the drinks are not good. Only go for the pudding and grass jelly.

I'm unsure why this place has such low ratings but I gave it a try anyway (I made sure to come here multiple times to get an accurate review). The desserts as a whole are pretty good. I typically go for the double taro signature but I would also recommend the Passionfruit sorbet C for a more refreshing/cooling dessert. The shaved ice was just alright in my opinion. If you're someone who needs a dessert that has a super strong flavor, this place isn't for you. It's for the people who want a light and not a super sweet dessert to finish off the night. The only complaint I have is that they're not super consistent. The taste is the same but the amount differs depending on the staff that makes your order. I've had times where they barely fill the bowl halfway and other times where they fill the bowl completely. The bathrooms aren't the cleanest either but I usually don't have to use them. It can also get pretty crowded on the weekends, especially this location, so the tables aren't always cleaned after every customer. It's not super dirty though because most customers eat off the tray they give you so any spillage lands on the tray.
