It looks like there aren’t enough servers. But food was awesome! Really liked the quality of beef.
I’ve been coming to Miyabi Shabu Shabu in Irvine every week for the past 7 years, and it has never disappointed. That kind of consistency is rare, and it’s the reason this place has become one of my absolute favorites.

The restaurant now offers all-you-can-eat shabu and BBQ with different tiers, including a diamond tier with A5 cuts like A5 wagyu ribeye and A5 short rib.
