The food quality at this Pizza Hut has always been mediocre, but it's nearby and I could easily get quick delivery. This location had it delivered by Doordash. The driver didn't respect the contactless delivery request, didn't know English, showed me receipts for more than triple the cost, and didn't know if the order had been paid for or not. I think I'm done with this location.

This place is still horrible, and it sucks because I remember when this place used to be good. We can argue that children with peanut allergies and others who have to have gluten free bread would be the problem, but no.The quality of ingredients is the issue, you can look on YouTube to find how employees were hired and how they made pizza. These days people just don't care, and that lack of interest shows.In my last review, I brushed lightly that the paintings on the walls of the original location were historical. Now aside from someone riding a huge front wheel bicycle, it was based on the "Irvine" family, and it has nothing to do with Pizza Hut but it had a foundation of loyalty to it's customers.The original location had the same ovens used for the Pizza Hut dine-in experience, nothing against the Irvine family but few people actually care to remember them. It wasn't until 1987 when this location delivered pizza, but I remember dining here often, and it was pretty special.When you watch old training videos of Pizza Hut, those were from the 80's where employees sprinkled Parmesan cheese on pizza, not that it was some special ingredient because it was the crust and sauce that was good. Now it's all designed like a factory, it's all too mechanical.Pizza Hut tastes different (lower quality) since 1998 because they decided to cut costs making the pizza. Anyone born since the 80's and early 90's knows the difference in taste.Everyone I knew said that Pizza Hut tasted poor around 2000, but I recall it was garbage around 1998. That was when I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and noticed the difference, especially with the pepperoni.Then I found out that Pizza Hut cut corners (costs) because the stuffed crust pizza basically tripled in sales, but since it was $9.99 (at the time) they thought it would be a good idea to make cheaper sauce, dough and the toppings were worse. It's sad to say, but I remember eating a bell pepper when it would make a crunching noise when you'd bite into it, but now it's all some rubbery junk.Why make a piss poor pizza when you could make it great? I miss the old location, in fact, I miss Pizza Hut in general that used to be good.When I was a kid we didn't care about the quality of food, that was expected, we were too busy playing arcade games and having fun. I feel bad for kids these days, they have no idea what they're missing.

slower to serve food here and sometimes i will notice they do not have as much consistency or topping as other pizza hut locations. i would always stop by here on work lunch breaks on software engineering work because it is near the tastea boba store where i had frequented so often, they basically knew me.
We are staying in a hotel and we ordered Pizza Hut last night and was very disappointed. We ordered 97.16 of food and got no ranch with our wings no napkins and no plates. Our cookies weren't even cut or the pizza. How unprofessional. I will never order Pizza Hut again. Very disappointed

Been awhile since I tried their stuff crust, it wasn't as good as I remembered. Thought it was more cheesy like their commercials, but it's more like string cheese texture.

The driver who brought my delivery knocked several times and was refusing to step away even though I selected contactless delivery. He argued with me for several minutes through my window saying that somebody had to come receive the order from him at the door. I selected contactless check-in because I currently have COVID and do not wish to infect anybody. I outright told him multiple times that I am COVID positive and could not meet him face to face but I would come get the order when he left it at the door and stepped back and he still argued. He finally begrudgingly left it at the door, but not before saying to me "just so you know I could get fired for this". The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. All the manager had to say was that she would talk to him when he returned.
