This is one of my favorite places down here. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is splendid. Also a great place to eat when i am in Southern California.
I was invited to dine at Robata Wasa Irvine Spectrum. I came on a Saturday at 12PM/Lunch. We started with the spicy tuna crispy rice and yellowtail serrano signature sashimi - both incredibly delicious. The crispy rice had a good amount of spicy tuna on top, and we enjoyed both with a couple of mocktails. Great sushi spot! Ordered the Volcano roll and the Hokkaido roll, and both were exceptionally fresh and delicious. The flavors were spot on. Will definitely be coming back!
